More precisely, the lack of it!
Every time I make a male sim I can't help but notice how few facial hair options there is. Even more so since they can't be layered. Want that mustache and a beard? No can do!
Wouldn't it make sense then to give us more options? I'd think so. Yet we rarely get any new ones and when we do it's only just one new one.
To put some fact on it. Among the game and stuff packs, only Parenthood gives us new facial hair. A whooping 2 more! Which are both wispy teenage ones. And from the expansion packs, it is Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living and Get Together that gives us new facial hair, and all of them only add 1new each.
That's ridiculous! Where is all the facial hair? Why are we getting so few? Add some more please

It's crazy how we could do that in TS2 but somehow we can't in 4.
Same. Go beards and stubble!
It just puzzles me why we get so few, and why we don't have body hair. Body hair and facial should also be seperated into different parts. For facial, I'd like to see stubble, beard and mustaches being seperated so we can pick and mix them.
More options are always welcome.

I mean, if I want to re-create Ares from Xena: Warrior Princess in the sims, how am I ever going to recreate his Iconic contouring facial hair???

I agree - a lot of the townies that spawn wind up having the same facial hair (my game loves that twirly mustache).
Layering would definitely be nice, also having the ability to change facial hair per outfit - something like a 5 o'clock shadow for sleepwear but clean shaven for everyday? Or maybe they grow a beard in the colder seasons? Correct me if I'm wrong but we can't change facial hair per outfit right now.
As for body hair - in S3 I think we got that with the Supernatural EP (can't quite remember) but it was patched in for everyone? Hopefully they can address body hair in a patch?
Neither can I but then again a goat long enough to braid isn't an option in The Sims. Perhaps they need to get some of the facial hair options from Skyrim.
I was thinking, couldn’t we make cc beards that take place of accessories? Like glasses or earring slots? I don’t know enough about creating cc to be sure.
