Sitting on Floor Poses?

Hello

I'd like to try and get my sims to sit on the floor just like they would when they do homework or for the gift giving party, etc. If there is a technique to do it normally as suggested here I can't access it because the page turns up nothing. If it's via pose player then I have an additional problem, namely I can't find the pose itself. Most of the sitting poses are family portraits or model poses, but I just want my sim to sit comfortably on the floor.

I found an old pic of mine from 2014 with some of the family members sitting. I used the picnic basket to get them to sit down then used MoveObjects to put them in place.

I remember I used to use it a lot for pics of families with toddlers. Although toddlers don't sit at the picnic basket, it meant I could get the adults down to their level
