    Just thought I would add a world that started out as a personal use only world and let others have some fun with it as well. Cheverly is a world that has almost all of the rabbit holes and a couple of starter homes already set in place. flat empty lots of various sizes are in the world for those who want either a building world, or one that would like a play world that they can build themselves. This world for me is going to be a personal CC filled world but I have uploaded the non-CC version for everyone to enjoy..........

      World Details:

      Medium sized world
      62 total lots (18 of which either have rabbit holes or houses)
      Three waterfalls
      lot located on one of the falls for a fishing spot
      1 lot up in the hills behind the criminal hideout (The Den) with footpath access
      No CC or CAP

      This looks like a great legacy world since it's unpopulated and I would just replace the rabbit holes with my own versions using the rabbit hole rugs and doors.

      Looks great.

      I was wondering if anyone did this type of thing. I spend hours on terrain sculpting and painting, and blending distance terrain with the map. This part seems to take the most time. As I was finishing one of the blending projects, I was thinking if I saved the project as it was, basically unfinished for a world, I could use it as a template for worlds with different themes. @flstrider --Do you see much demand for DIY worlds?

      @Shadoza2 I really do not know about the demand for a DIY world I just saw how this world was shaping up and thought about this project. It originally started to be a world I was going to use for myself to work with all of the third party CC I have collected over the years, but as the rabbit holes went in that's when I thought about sharing it.

      @Rflong7 Thanks so very much!! and yes I even checked the bridges before I saved the world...lol

      @TadOlson Did not even think about legacy when I did this, but I think you may be right.

      Thanks so much for sharing. I downloaded it last night along with your self sim and played for a bit. Added some rabbit holes and a few store lots.

      I was building a world, it has a few houses but maybe I'll do this since I want to move on to The Sims 4.

      @ PrfctAngl673 Which Rabbit holes did you add? Which ones did I miss so I can get back in there and add those. I know the movie studio was not there but what others?


      @Kerim99 Thanks I used a texture from another game I play, took the screenshot and made that grass, I also like the way it turned out it was my first attempt at creating my own textures so I will be working on more.


      @Playerthe95 not a big fan of the Sims4 looks too "cartoonish" for my liking so I think I will stay around the Sims3 for a bit longer and create a few more worlds

      Ok, I checked and I added in the Military, Police, & an Art Gallery. I didn't see them when I started this neighborhood. I also added in a Gym & a Pool - don't know if they are considered extra or if you would want to add them in. And I added the Movie lot and some lots from other EPs and SPs. I only added the Casino and Arcade from the Store. I bought TS4, but, I've played TS3 more. I still like playing it more. I agree, TS4 looks "cartoonish" I do want to check out TS4 Outdoor Retreat when it comes out.

      So the city hall does not have the police and military? dang it, thought that one had those careers in it, I will have to change that. the art gallery, gym and pool are not a part of the rabbit holes and that is why they were not included in the world. Thank you for letting me know about what was missing!!

      It's the ginormous white City Hall building from Bridgeport that has police and military in it.

      BTW, nice to see yet another player still sticking with TS3 and building worlds for everyone. The more worldbuilders, the merrier! :D

      @ts1depot There are three with the police military actually and I thought I grabbed the twinbrook one, hate that I missed that, but yes still building worlds and after a look around Sims4 I think I will stay with the world building and the Sims3 for a while longer anyway. Already have two new worlds in the works and will be starting a thread on one of them real soon.

      Thanks HS! I tried Sims4 and was not at all impressed, so I came back to what I really enjoy doing with the Sims

      I love this type of world. I can't built a world but I love to build houses.

      @flstrider I Really like this world, but I do not have supernatural, so the bridge is not there. I thought of maybe the lot on the other side as a campsite and let them boat to it. But the cars drive through the water, well I could look at it like a ford where the water runs over the road.

      You could add a bridge by taking it into caw. Not sure flstrider is very active here anymore.

      Flstrider,

      I just started playing the Sims 3 again recently, and after I got back into it a couple days ago, this was the first custom world I downloaded. I haven't done much with it yet, but I'm really liking it so far. I'm planning to also get back into world making again.
