It Gets Better Pride Month Patch - Hide English Swatches of CAS items?

Hey all,
I have a big pet peeve regarding anything that doesn't look like it matches the game and so I'm really not a fan that the teen-elder top included in this patch has an english swatch. Does anyone know of a mod that hides this swatch from CAS? I'd like to keep the shirt, just not that swatch.
