My status has changed since I last posted on this thread. My Global Superstar bit the big one. He was assisting his brother-in-law with the INFANT (not toddler) twins and apparently went hysterical. Over what I have no clue. I sent him to put his wages from the day before into the vault, but it was too late.

Anyway, I was just wondering if there was a way to flag sims as non-marriable or unable to get married? Since I have a few sims in my game who just don't seem like the marrying type. Also is there a way to stop the household jumping? Thanks.

Try these commands on the sim's MCCC menu: Sim:MCCC > Sim Flags > MC Pregnancy > Flag Never Marry
A Sim with this flag will never get married through the automated scheduled MC Marriage process.
or Sim:MCCC > Flag Active Sims... > MC Pregnancy > Flag Never Marry
Same effect than the one above, but as one would expect, this will apply the flag to all active Sims in the household.
What do you mean with "household jumping"?
If you don't want NPC to move into empty lots, you have to disable this setting: Computer:MCCC > MC Population > Moving Settings > Allow Homeless Move-In
There are also other settings to prevent sims from moving. Check the MC Population module on a in game computer.

Yeah, I meant sims moving in with one another, and households being split up with household jumping (sorry I'm on a cocktail of cold and flu medication and my brain is in a bit of a haze).

If your first thought was: "No!", be sure to disable Automatic Updates in Origin, and also go offline in Origin, before patch time.
Patch will drop at 10am PST, 1pm EST, 18:00 GMT, 19:00 CET, 02:00 KST/JST (JUN 19).
If you're going to jump into patching, be sure to back up your mods/cc and saves, first.

Today's Sims 4 update was a big one. We've had some blog posts on Tumblr lately warning people that it would be. It's for the next expansion they're releasing soon so there is always a lot of changes around that sort of thing.
That said, so far the things breaking in MCCC are minimal. The known issues are:
Changing outfits for things like going to bed, exercising...anything that the Sim does a Spin to change the outfit really, is causing an issue. EA changed the function I use in my scripting to determine what outfits to use, especially around MC Woohoo settings.
The Sim Picker Dialogs I display will be broken. So that means any MCCC command that opens a dialog to choose a Sim will throw an error. This includes starting pregnancy, probably MC Commands, setting relationships between Sims, etc.
Both of these are not really major or game breaking so this isn't something that I see players not being able to use 6.3.0 as a result. There is reduced functionality with being able to define relationships or starting NPC pregnancies with other NPC's and such, but nothing game breaking like no pregnancies working or things that will break game saves. Things can be avoided (or disabled in the case of the outfit changes) to work around these issues until a hotfix comes out.
I am working on 6.3.1 which will be to fix these two issues. The outfit change issue is taking a lot of work to figure-out due to the way they changed their code. The dialog change won't be that hard to fix as it happens quite frequently with their updates so I am familiar with it at this point. There may have to be another hotfix or two after that if more issues are found.

@Angela_4588 - I think it's up to the player whether to play with the current version or wait for the hotfix. Bonxie's post from Deaderpool said that there are minimal issues....reduced functionality on certain things (as listed in the post) but nothing game breaking if players use the current version.
I'm going to wait until the hotfix. All my other mods are down as well, except 1, so I'll just play vanilla for a bit in a fresh save. But again, it's really up to the player.

So I accidentally deleted my settings when installed the updated version and while I went through again and set it up how I like it I'm having trouble finding the cheats settings I used to have enabled? I used to have MCCC set so that move objects and the unlocks cheat would be automatically on as well as cas full edit mode but I think I'm blanking on where to find those settings now? I've checked to make sure I have MC Cheats in my game and it's there...

They're both under MCCC Settings > Notification / Console/Menu Settings > Console Command Settings > Build/Buy settings.
This hotfix is specifically to fix all the current known issues with MCCC and today's EA update. As with ALL updates, if you're getting last exceptions after the update, they are most likely not from MCCC but another mod/cc that you're using that is out of date and need to update/remove. If you're getting UI issues or problems with doors disappearing, that's also not from MCCC. Those are from other mods as well so you will want to check with the developers of those mods to find-out if updates are available yet. For anything causing a mc_cmd_center.log error, feel free to come to our Discord server and we will determine if it is also from another mod/cc that is throwing an error that MCCC is catching, or if it's an error in MCCC itself!
This hotfix fixes the following issues:
Any MCCC command that opened a Sim Picker dialog window would throw an error and not work. This included the Pregnancy partner selection dialogs, MC Control dialogs, Relationship dialogs, etc. Also dialogs around recipes or items were broken so Favorite Drink picker or choosing buffs to add/remove. All the same issue and all fixed by this hotfix.
Any clothing change that required the Sim to spin when they changed their outfit might have caused an error due to today's update. MC Woohoo functionality, in particular, was affected by this for sure.
Known Issues to be fixed in next Hotfix:
If a toddler tries to go to bed themselves rather than being put to bed, an error will happen.

I'm thinking of getting MCCC and just want some advice - I want to use it solely for story progression of unplayed households/homeless Sims etc. Is this mod pretty user friendly from the get go? Is it possible to ONLY have the features I want and not any that I may not? Thanks for your guys' time! I appreciate it Baby's first TS4 mod...

The only mod I had in the game at the time I posted the problem, was the hotfix. So, I did this. I repaired my game, after I removed the Mods folder. Then I played it for a time, and voilà I was able to save. Then I exited and put the Mods folder back in. I played for a bit longer and was able to save, still. This time the only hang-up was the fact my game froze. I did a control/Alt/Delete to pull up my task manager and then the game came back up and all is well. I'm playing my brand new game save. I should go back and play the older save now that things seem to be okay. And, yes, I had one more Sim than is alloted for, in the older save. As for other mods, I have nothing else but MCCC 6.3.1. Not even the one piece of cc (Khitsule's Pointy Ears). Road to Fame is broken, apparently, so I pulled that out once I learned that. Everything was pulled prior to me patching.
I just thought I'd report back in on my findings. Thanks!
I used the game all yesterday and didnt stay offline or take my MCCC out or any of my other mods... not because I meant to not do so but because I didnt notice the warning until today... nothing went wrong for me though but I read someone having trouble with toddlers and going to bed. I havent played with any toddlers teens or children... My house hold have been adults a cat and 2 babies.
But now i see the heads up I will play cautiously luckily I backed up my play only because my kids were begging to play and I was afraid they would kill my sims or burn my sims house down
