What do we know about the June patch?

I expect a big patch, because of moving from 32 bits to 64 bits. But I have no idea what it will contain. Maybe t will mostly be technical with not so much new stuff.

I read somewhere that the Off-Grid lot trait will be available in the patch. Also heard that swimnming might be added to most worlds, but that will probably not happen in a while.

Anyone know what we will get or when it will be out?

I read somewhere about 345 colors being added. Those only for doors, or were all the many bland items (windows, carpets, wall coverings) included as well? Many CAS items are limited as well. If they are adding colors, why not have the whatever it is they did affect anything that draws off that pallette?
