Need help remembering the name of a certain program to help organise mods & cc

It's not Sims 4 Studio
It's not The Sims Mod Manager
It's not MCCC
It's not Mod Conflict Detector
It's the one where it loads out your households or plots and tells you which CC you have used in each.
I've got a lot of broken CC or colours without meshes and I want to put them all in one household and one plot and then load the program so I know which ones I have to delete. I have far too much CC to do the 50/50 method.
