What could be added that help rich sims spend their fortunes?

I have been thinking in ways for my rich sims to spend their fortunes (exactly the kind of stuff I think irl )
We could make a list of ideas that could be included in any pack or in a specific one.
I'll start with a very debated one: the ability to buy a second home can literally *eat* cash from our zillionaire sims

cars, ability running more type of businesses, owning multiple homes, owning holiday homes, having to pay for special schooling/uni that unlock special opportunities, more electronic gadgets, more luxurious services like babysitting at all times/home schooling/home stylist/teachers to improve skills (personal trainer etc.)

    • movie streaming service
    • collector of the week club (collectibles mailed out every Monday like minerals, fish, frogs, etc)
    • reoccurring donation: something like sponsor a poor sim, or like virtually adopt a wild animal. like the ones advertised on T.V.
    • casino
Stop me if you've heard this one: a sim walks into a bar....player moves bar out of the way.....sim walks on without walking into anything else.

Second homes, private schools, college tuitions, splitting money when a family member leaves the home.

The splitting money feature is something that I crave for. Really.

    - Private/boarding school tuition
    - prep school tuition (toddlers)
    - Investing in non-runnable businesses (stocks in blue velvet, stocks in solar flare)
    - purchasing additional property (holiday and second homes they can rent out or vacation in)
    - cars

    - really big donations (Goth research? have it all)
    - really big tips (I am so pleased have 50,000 for that song it was a jam)
    - GAMBLING (casino pack really)
    - amusement parks
    - vacation homes
    - fancy retirement homes for elders
    - or idk if they add hotels one day i could use that for same purpose
    - private schools
    - more hobbies because that means more things to buy for your sim
-personal trainers for all skills (some npc shows up to mentor your sim)
    - being able to hire daily cook or pianist or whatever ridiculous
    - ordering food (yeah more than just good old pizza)

High risk investments. Where they have a 75% chance of losing their money, but have a 25% chance of doubling it.

Wills! They need to be able to pass that money down to family members without them having to live in the house till the rich sim dies.

Splitting money is needed since forever.

of the abovementioned ideas, I'd be up for scheduled charity donations and for hiring skill trainers/buying skill courses

The only not-yet-mentioned idea (which would need a major rework of the game so it'd be more for TS5) is splitting clothes into several price tiers and having to actually pay for clothes on any but the lowest tier* + for an additional outfit above one per category. In this way, jewelry would be a major money sink.
    * when creating a fresh household, using items from higher tiers would use money from their starting funds (so they'd start with less). When adding/modifying outfits from dresser (or entering CAS in any way), it'd use money from household funds, just as build/buy items.

Edit: maybe a newspaper/magazine subscription could be added at a scheduled fee, with the option of having (more expensive) skill-based magazines. Same with premium TV channels - either for more fun or for learning (let's say history channel would boost logic, DIY magazine would boost handiness, etc.)
I like fantasy and a bit of Sci-Fi. Want to know what I'm reading?
I also like wandering the hills.

I think in sims 2? maybe I think it was 2
you had to go to stores to actually buy the outfits you wanted and they could just do that tbh just add some ridiculous price to the accessories

I skipped TS2 (at that time, my father's computer could not run it) so I don't know if it was there.

I don’t know really. Almost all of my sims are wealthy, and if they aren’t their children are. It’s way to easy to make money in the game and most of my sims end up with tons of money if I don’t limit it, which kinda sucks. We really need a list of things, I 100% agree.

I would love to be able to own multiple homes, so my sims could live in San Myshuno but spend their weekends at their Brindleton Bay beach house. Also the ability to transfer money between households, it seems odd that the children of my wealthy sims should start completely from scratch.

    Taxes.

    Paying someone to upgrade items.

Going to the hospital when pregnant or sick, and getting bills for that. Also dental bills?

These are brilliant! I love the idea of Simflix.

A SHOPPING MALL! It would be so cool to see new items and could spend some time here as well. I could definitely see it be added to San Myshuno, Del Sol Valley, and Willow Creek. Maybe even an entire retail world! I agree with a casino, clubs, and a movie streaming service as well.
