I think it's the same Bush where you can pee. There's one of this on the ruins in winder burg. It's actually the only "bathroom" you have at the ruins.

One came with Get Together and another came with Jungle Adventure.

To clarify, look in the bathroom items under 'toilet' and not in the tree/plant section of build/buy.

yup, there are three versions of the bush, two came with the 'get together' expansion pack, one came with the 'jungle adventure' gamepack (there's a similar one that came with the 'cats and dogs' expansion pack, but only pets can enter it)

as @celsims mentioned, you can look for them under a 'toilets' sort in build mode, but they also show up under a 'beds' sort, since sims can nap in them. and they do also show up in the 'shrubs' sort in landscaping. i'll also include pictures of all three, with their names and descriptions, just to make it easier:

first up is the 'duty calls model citizen bush' from get together:

next is the 'anything goes party bush' from get together:

and last up, from jungle adventure, we have the 'open air natural toilet'

as you can see, the stats are identical but there are some sizeable pricing differences between the three. and they all look nice for landscaping, but are terrible if the sims that live on or frequently visit the lot have pets... squirrel scratch fever is the worst, and pets never learn to not go jump into every bush they see...
