Site Keeps Logging Me Off, Refresh Logs Me Back In

CinebarCinebar Posts: 33,618 Member
This is new, now I can't log in sometimes. It shows I'm logged in but won't let me post or reply to my threads. At the top of the URL next to the lock there is a little circle with a line through it, that if moused over says, Some Content Blocked to Help Protect Your Privacy. Not sure if this is a MS update to the IE or if this is a site problem. However, that may be new since this morning, but logging me off has been going on for a few days now. If refresh I'm logged in, but not really. It varies.

There were two major updates to Windows 10 this week with a lot or security fixes and I think there have been problems with this Forum and IE 11 before. Try another browser or recheck the Trust sites options in the browser. Opera worked for me when I had a problem with this before but now I use Edge as it is greatly improved lately.

Odd, because MS has made two new updates to IE 11 this past year so for now it's still supported as far as updates to it. It was this site, I often get locked out for many different reasons ever since something happened I get features broken down, but that's another story.

I haven't had any issues with being logged out and then logged back in.

I am however on Windows 7 and Google Chrome.

It only lasted about three or four days for me. It seems fixed now. Active X filter keeps personal info private from this site. It must have not liked that filter but I'm keeping it turned on.
