    Welcome to Landgraab Corporate Center, Located in the heart of Uptown. Landgraab Corporate Center is the Past, Present and Future of San Myshuno!

    **(This lot was created to be used with Zerbu's Turbo Careers Mod, it satisfies the Workplace 2 (Business, Writer and Tech Guru) lot requirements. I spent a lot of time creating this lot and I hope everyone enjoys it!)

      This is fantastic! I'd tried to do something like this a couple of times but it never ended up quite the way I wanted (and my attempts were no way near as impressive!). I think I need this in my game! But I've already used that lot so I need to think where else I can plonk it... Hmm...

      @Cinderellimouse Thank you for the compliment! You are such an amazing builder so that means a lot!! It's a 30x20 lot so it should be able to fit most places, I could see it fitting in nicely with Magnolia Promenade... or anywhere with a lot of retail lot and such :-)

      OH MY GOD! That is amazing! I doubt I'd be able to do anything even remotely as well or detailed! I love building but I'm not sure I'd have the "stick-to-itness" to complete something that massive, I lose interest in penthouses! lol

      Your build looks so very great! :) It is such a very detailed build! Each of the areas in the build look so very nice ! Very nice exterior design of the building! The glass windows look very nice how they are used in the build! Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the views whilst indoors. The furnishing of the interior areas looks very great!

      @Cookie4sims he has not updated it for city living yet but it still works. It got a little buggy after CL patch I guess, this is my first time using it but from what I have read it you place or create a workplace lot you need to change it to a normal game lot (generic, museum etc) exit to manage worlds, then enter back change back to the workplace lot you wanted, and then once you exit again to play it, it should work. It did for me at least!

      When I began building this I wasn't sure if the mod was still working but it def is, I have been using this building for my business sims for a full sim work week now.

      I read somewhere on his page he plans on updating his mod similar to how he updated his school mod (in separate career sections) but there was no specific timeline for that. I assume when he does that he will do the CL careers too, but for now it's just the careers that he originally had in it.

      Hopes this helps! I can't believe it's taken me so long to use this mod! It's amazing!

      @GARYZGAL thank you so much!! Really glad you enjoy it! I'm actually the opposite I have such a hard time building penthouses, residential and such (especially if I don't have a model to work from)! I'm much better with community lots!

      @rjhenn14 I have it in my game!! Its gorgeous!!! so many details!! Its the best workplace i've been into! pitty turbo careers is a little broken :( I still use the mod but sims get lagged or something..
