Okay, first Before and After in a while xD
This was frustrating since this was my first major edit in over a year. Had to remember how to do a lot of things, and was very clumsy in the beginning. Anyways, so I tried a new method for bigger sims (you can learn here, extremely easy and way better than using multiple images) and attempted ReShade for the first time, but the preset I downloaded was too annoying to work with so gave up. Still trying to find one that works how I want, lol.
And I had to buy these brush bubbles. No, I'm not joking. But it was worth it (75 brushes!), I actually love the brushes and I've seen other uses for them so it will give me plenty of use later. First time and hoping I don't have to do it again though, but there was a severe lack of bubbles with suds brushes (and stock) and I wasn't going to attempt making my own as it wouldn't work out. Took a lot of time to place each brush and figure out how to make it look natural, but I think I succeeded. Also, the head and towel wrap are from in-game. I was at first attempting just a nude shot with bubbles covering everything, then thought about the poor people beneath her and decided this was better.
Overall I'm pretty happy with this edit! I did things in sections this time instead of jumping around, which kept me on track and allowed me to pay attention to details. So I'm pretty happy with myself. Now to be faster and not so clumsy for the next edit, lol. I think I'm going to make a checklist for editing to help me remember everything.
So shes a supermodel, naturally long legged, but somewhere in pose mode i messed her face up and she didn't have a behind? After having her in pieces, she came together in the end
This is one of my favorite edits now. I really had a blast and can't wait for another competition to do an art project, lol.
Started by adjusting someone else's dance pose that also weirdly had an animation I couldn't turn off, so had to pause the game right to snap a pic. Then I had to recolor and draw over her mask as I needed a flesh colored one, had to fix and redraw shoes because of course sims feet suck, drew the hair (I was hoping the in-game one would work but it wasn't even the right color, oops), and drew the dress with a palette knife brush (I'm amazed it came out okay in the end as I had to attempt it twice, lol). Background and scarf were reused from the original image. And the paint effect is an action.
