Everleigh walks until she finds herself in the entry hall. When she looks outside the window, she sees a large pond. However muddy the water is, she's still reassured to know that she won't be powerless in this new, strange place.
Everleigh sees the figure and pulls a ballpoint pen out of her sweatshirt pocket. She uncaps it, and then suddenly, in its place, is a large bronze sword.

Everleigh, very annoyed a Lily, sits cross-legged on the floor and waits for about thirty seconds until her sword appears back in her pocket like a ballpoint pen once again. She calls out to her friends: Hollie! Josie! Come meet me in the entry hall.

Hollie: I don't know, but based on her tone I'd say we better go.
They follow the sound of Everleigh's voice until they, too are in the entry hall. Josie sees the ghost and suddenly her hands burst into flames.
Everleigh is trying very, very hard not to make the plumbing explode to put out Josie's flame.
Josie: Everleigh, what the heck are you doing!? That thing looks like a venti and the only people who have any luck fighting them are the people who can shoot lightning bolts from the dang sky!
Hollie: Idiot. That thing isn't even from-
Hollie stops herself after she notices Lily and begins to stare at her feet.
