Dragon Valley World, Sunlit Tides, and Origin

Hello, fans.

I brought the Dragon Valley World some years ago. Currently, I checked my purchase history on Origin, but it told me that I don't have that world. I know it's incorrect, so it should update my history... unless is it separated between TS3 Store and Origin? Also, I am surprised that Sunlit Tides is not included to Origin. I wonder why?

Lastly, it seems I can't log in on the Launcher when I tried to download the Dragon Valley? It's weird because I cleared cache and cookies...

UPDATED: The Launcher is working now. But, I still want to know why Dragon Valley is not updated on my Origin's purchase history...

I called EA about this same thing yesterday, wondering if they could take it from the store into my Origin account, but that is impossible. They are apparently working on getting things in less locations, but the worlds that are bought from the store will stay in the store and the worlds bought from Origin will stay in Origin.
