Explore the Game Challenge: Takano Family

Hello! This is my first time doing one of these, so I'm pretty excited~
There's a lot of content in the game's expansion packs that I've never really explored all the way, so right now I'm on a mission to do just that. I want to try out all the jobs/careers, max all the skills and complete their challenges, complete all the LTWs, and try out all the supernatural states that I haven't yet. I call it a challenge because of that, but I have aging off and age them up when I please, and other things like that which would break the rules of traditional challenges. Honestly right now I'm stuck at home recovering from something for a significant period of time, so I just want to do something fun and not too difficult.
Here are my founders:
Miyo (yes based on the character from Higurashi if you're familiar)
Elsa, pictured here in her formal attire
Miyo's lifetime wish is Scientific Specialist and Elsa's is The Fairy Tale Finder. Miyo is a supernatural fan, bookworm, genius, childish, and charismatic. Elsa is a workaholic, shy, animal lover, childish, and ambitious.
Both of them rolled wishes pretty early on to have a child, but while Miyo was establishing her career, it seemed a little soon. However, being a genius, Miyo moved up the career ladder in no time. Meanwhile, Elsa was working on expanding her skillset. She maxed her skills in cooking, fishing, writing, handiness, sculpting, and more before deciding it was time to slow down for a bit and have a child. (Actually, I hoped for triplets.)
Miyo became pregnant, and soon gave birth to not one, not two, not even three, but four children! Thank goodness she had established her career first so they could afford to care for all these babies! Their names are Annabelle (girl, human), Benny (boy, human), Carissa (girl, fairy), and Dusk (boy, fairy).

With two parents who love to learn, the kids were spoiled with xylophones, peg boxes, toy ovens as they got older, after school activities, and always having homework help from one of their moms. As teens, they were taught to drive right away, and they had plenty of opportunities to explore any skill that caught their eye.
Left to right: Miyo, Annabelle, Benny, Carissa, Dusk, Elsa. (I mostly didn't change their outfits/hair so that it could give me ideas on their personality, but I did change Dusk's clothes because he aged up in some kind of strange wetsuit!)
Finding one's identity as a teenager is hard, and that's even more true in a big family such as this. As the oldest -- even though they're technically all the same age, really -- Annabelle finds herself the responsible one of her siblings. Benny takes after Miyo's intellect and tries to live up to that. Carissa is still trying to figure out who exactly she is and figure out how to establish a unique identity in such a big family. Dusk feels overall content with things, though perhaps the reason he has veered toward more physical activities is due to feeling he'll never be able to beat Benny in smarts. So far, Carissa has established a LTW of The Perfect Garden and Dusk's is Presenting the Perfect Private Aquarium.
At prom, Dusk developed a crush on Paker Langerak, who he later asked out. The two of them are now in a relationship. Meanwhile, VJ Alvi has been sending Annabelle quite a few love letters. Will she see his behavior (traits include snob, inappropriate, and evil) and steer clear, or will she fall into the "fix a bad boy" trap?

Before Elsa and Miyo knew it, their little ones had grown up into adults.

Benny decided he wants to become a Chess Legend, while Annabelle aims to be a Star News Anchor. So far, Benny has moved up one rank.
Elsa finally completed her inventing opportunity and ended up creating a Simbot, who she named Emmett! Unfortunately Emmett's traits include "evil" and he wants to become The Emperor of Evil, so things are a little tense with him and the rest of the family.
Soon after, Elsa made an amazing discovery...
The forbidden fruit grew into a baby girl! Her name is Fauna.
After teaching her to walk and talk, Fauna's toddler skills are well underway.
Annabelle and Ethan decided to tie the knot! This was the first time I threw an actual wedding party.
(Ethan's flippers: why!! smh)
Ethan's LTW was International Super Spy, so he started working on that. He grew into having the workaholic trait, so he rose ranks pretty quickly! Meanwhile, Benny continued to play his heart out in chess and eventually reached the top of the circuit!
However, he and one of his opponents in particular had really hit it off. She started flirting with him after their competition, and was still on his mind... Jamie Jolina. With him focusing on chess on the weekends when other sims weren't working, and her seeming to always be at work during the week, there hadn't been time, but now he invited her over and the two of them entered a relationship.
Meanwhile, Elsa continued developing skills...
Carissa and Bebe had a private wedding and Bebe moved in. Soon after, Carissa (who is family-oriented) wanted to have a child together.
Fauna grew into a child, along with her imaginary friend Pat!
And speaking of children... meet George!
Of course, Miyo has already studied potions, so when Fauna started talking about her best friend Pat...
The cat, Sofia (who turned out to be a boy...), soon learned to hunt and started catching some minor pets. This worked out well since George's LTW became The Ark Builder! Unfortunately, being outside for so long, Sofia caught fleas...
There was starting to get to be a lot to manage in the household. The last time they hired a maid, it was pretty pointless, so this time the family decided to give Bonehilda a try.
Every now and then the ice cream truck stops by their house. Miyo decided to give it a try!
Meanwhile, Benny and Jamie were expecting their first child. Benny hoped for a boy and Jamie hoped for a girl.
Baby Henry was born!
Elsa and Miyo did some sparring together for a skill challenge.
And, of all things, an alien randomly decided to visit them!
Before they knew it, Henry was a toddler.
Now with three animal best friends, Elsa was quite excited to meet Farah again! LTW completed!
Truthfully, Jamie still wanted a daughter, and Benny wanted to have another baby...
They had a little boy named Isaac.
Isaac was soon followed by Joseph.

Henry's LTW is Made the Most of My Time, so Grandma Elsa decided they would go to the future together!
