I just got the new patch today, and though MC Command was working fine yesterday, it is now not working right! If you select your Sim, computer or mail box, MC Command comes up, but when you select it, it is all blank, there is nothing to select inside it! I was going to tell MC Command on the site or Tumblr, but they only want you to contact them through Discord, which I would have to join, and I have no reason to do, since I would only be doing it to contact them! Hope they can update it soon, I miss it in my game!

Just for clarification regarding the MCCC hotfix for the 4/16 S4 Game Patch:

There is NO NEED to touch the remaining ts4script files of MCCC.
The ts4script files remain unchanged until further notice.

Regarding the problems with yesterdays game patch:
The patch changed internal coding that way that custom text strings (= text not part of the original game packs but added by the mod author) doesn't show up any more. This is not limited to MCCC and affects most of the available script mods. An example, how it looks in the game:
There is a solution for this issue, which has to be implemented by the mod creator. Deaderpool did it with the two published package files. We already informed the gurus about the problem and they promised to look into it. So there is also the possibility of a another game patch in the next days to adress this. Who's first might be a matter of timing.
Oh, man, I pulled everything MCCC except the cfg. Guess I need to start all over again. Boy, I feel really dumb, now. As I was doing it, something in the back of my head told me I should just download the new stuff. Oi! Makes me wonder if that's why my game keeps crashing?
ETA: Okay, I went back over and installed 6.2.0, being careful to remove the package file, first, since I already have the hotfix in place. I did the same for the the updated woohoo. I'm hoping things are good now. I also returned my cfg. Praying all is well. And if not, I'll cry.

Well, that was interesting. I opened up Origin and then went downstairs for a no more than five minutes to check on my Beagle puppies. Got back to my desk and lo, and behold, it's Finalizing. What is that all about? I guess my hunch that the patch didn't truly finish was correct. I'll see if it lets me play.
I'm just going to delete everything and play vanilla for a while until all the more I use are sorted out. I understood zero of all the instructions for re downloading.
No additional updates should be needed with today's Sims 4 update. If something broke MCCC's strings again in this patch, it would break Sims 4 strings themselves so I think it's pretty safe.
Just to reiterate, if MCCC isn't showing-up in your game, you most likely did not follow the previous two posts directions and did something like delete all the mod files. Otherwise, you should always read the installation and troubleshooting documentation on my website and, finally, you can visit our Discord server for additional support.
I'm officially working on 6.3.0 stuff now that we know we're safe from the patches. Thanks!
Ok so I just downloaded MC Command centre. I changed around a few settings and played. Next thing I get a welcome wagon from the neighbours. Two of the women were pregnant! I check the rest of the world and lots of other sims were pregnant. I don't want them to be! What setting is doing this?

This might be the best setting to control pregnancy: MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Pregnant Sim Selection > Pregnancy Percentage
The 'try for baby' percentage used when testing for random NPC pregnancies. It can be separately set for the Teen, Young Adult, Adult and Elder age groups. A number between 0 and 100 can be specified. 0 will turn-off random pregnancies for NPC's.

Hey there, has anyone managed to find a fix to MCCC making it so CAS pregnancy options are invalid, E.G I have a female Alien sim and I chose the option for her to get other sims pregnant, so she could have children with my female non-alien sim. However, with MCCC installed the sims can woohoo, but not pregnancy will happen.

In the rules section there are a lot of conditions for sim pregancy. I'm sure one ore more of them don't fit in your case. Your question is pretty popular and the answer is in 99% the same, that's why we created that web page.
I know I have ask this before, as surely as I know I've set it up before, quite successfully, too. This time I clicked on the computer and set up Run Marriage Ages, then run pregnancy ages. Done and done. Why can't my teen ask his girlfriend to marry him? So far his only option is to exchange promise rings. Face/palm. I never got any kind of pop-up telling me I had to exit the game, as some of these changes have you do. I exited anyway, just in case. I'm worried when I go back into my game the same old problem will be there to mock me.
Is there another setting I missed? Please, and thank you, in advance. (Sorry to be so needy.) LOL

Has anyone had issues with kids not being able to do their homework? I'm wondering if it's a result of this mod, because I took out all my other mods after I had this problem. The only option is "place in world."

If you're package file date is 04/16/19 and the ts4script file date is 03/28, you're fine. Nothing else to do.

According to our first tests, MCCC v6.2.0 works flawless with the new patch 1.51.77.
If you'd already successfully updated MCCC v6.2.0 for the Tuesday, 04/16 patch (v1.51.75) you're fine.
Everybody trying to use MCCC v6.1.0 or earlier MCCC versions should absolutely download v6.2.0 fresh, though.
