Showcase Thread - Vanderhoot

Hi everyone! I hope I am doing this correctly (lol). I recently got back into Simming, actually partially because I discovered someone who had done a Sims version of a Sear's Kit Home from the 1920s. I am passionate about all 1910s-1940s architecture, and love kit homes. I have decided to try my hand at creating a few. Starting with something very simple. Please be kind, I am pretty new to creating lots  I have been studying kit homes over 10 years. You mail ordered a complete house and it was delivered by rail car for you (or your contractor to assemble. Sears and Montgomery Ward as well as a few other companies (Gordon Van Tine, Aladdin, etc) offered these homes up until about the early 1940s. I tried to match the actual floorplan as best I could.
