The blog might be the problem but I'm not sure, so try Tinypic like she suggested, or Flickr or Imgur. Imgur might be better.
@MizoreYukii - Imgur converts large-sized photos into jpg format.
That image is quite small though. The limit is at 5 mb for png, which most people probably won't pass on average (colors and compression when exporting will probably change that though). My 3000x3000 base pics before editing, with basic colors, was at 3 something.
There are new assignments about every 7 days, @Charliecheesenurgers and be sure to read up on the info on page 1 so you are clear on all aspects of the comp. I'm sure @MizoreYukii will be able to answer your questions.
@Charliecheesenurgers Hi there! Welcome to the modeling community. I'll start by saying that this is mostly an editing competition, meaning you need a program like Photoshop, Gimp, Affinity, Krita, or Fire Alpaca, etc. to complete some of the rounds. So this is not the same as mafia where you just participate by speaking, maybe planning, and voting. But yes, you can join!
To summarize, a competition runs like this:
Each week a new round is posted under the "Assignment" section (second post) with the theme and requirements you need to focus on. You maybe shop for CC, go in-game, take pictures, and then edit those pictures to achieve the theme and requirements listed. So for this competition the first assignment is "I'm the Boss", where your model should be sitting like she owns the place (not much editing required though, if at all!). Once everyone has submitted or time runs out, the judges and I score your picture based on a scoring rubric to determine how well you did (you can find the scoring rubric under the spoiler in the "Assignment" section, under the Scoring banner). Feedback, to help you and explain why you scored the way you did, will be provided by me and maybe the other judges. Whoever has the highest total score wins that round, and there may or may not be an elimination for whoever has the lowest. An elimination is like death in mafia, you're out of the game but can continue to lurk if you'd like. You can't participate in the other rounds if you are eliminated though. Same thing if you fail to submit an assignment on time, because it results in an automatic elimination. I do allow 1 day (or more, if there's an emergency) extensions so if you are running behind or had a busy week you can ask for one. Anyways, after each round goes by we eventually reach the remaining 3 models, either because of eliminations from scores or because of people who dropped (automatic elimination). The Final 3 participate in one final round to determine their placement, and whoever has the highest points for that round wins the entire competition.
For this competition there are only 6 rounds, including the finale where our final 3 compete, and they last for 7 days. Of course, each competition is different if you'd like to keep your eye out for other competitions. We have some competitions that are in-game only, no eliminations, some that are made for beginners, etc. It just depends on the host and what idea they came up with. Right now my other competition, Who Wore It Better, is finishing and it was an in-game and EA clothing only competition.
@silverdust Welcome! You can send the headshot to me (Mizzie) either through a PM or just posting it in the #entries channel (I gave you the role already on Discord).

Jenn HUGS ... up to my ears as I assume the helm of a new (old) forum short story challenge project but never too busy to pop in on some fun in the sim model world .. hope this finds everyone well
@Charliecheesenurgers Depends on what you mean by extreme photoshop. We talking extreme fantasy/scifi edits, or do you mean more editing than the first round requires? The other assignments will require more editing.
I think you might be referring to fantasy/scifi though. We have 2 with fantasy/scifi themes that can easily be taken further with editing, and 1 with minor fantasy elements. Really just depends on the editor and how much editing you want to do in the end. I've been in comps where I've done way more editing than what was required.
