How do I open TS2?

See, I've installed this a while ago- This laptop is windows 8, by the way. I have the files for ts2, but I don't know how to open the game itself with these. There isn't a shortcut on my computer, nor is there a way to open it from Origin. For some weird reason, I can't even find the sims 2 games on origin in the first place. Trust me, I DO have these files. 
I am undead!

You're in Documents- go to your Computer files - C: drive, probably.
This is my Win10 but it should be the same.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin
Sims2EP9.exe
*Right click and click on - Run as administrator.
