Has anyone made a (functional) "Amusement Park"/"Boardwalk"/"Carnival"?

Hey guys!
Something I really miss from Sims 3 was the neat stuff for amusement parks/fairgrounds/etc. Meaning we had rollercoasters, merry-go-rounds, haunted houses, and numerous arcade games.. Even if its simple, I really miss the pinball tables, whack-a-moles, mechanical bull rides----things like that.
So I think it'd be great if we could compile two things: Modded Items and Roleplay Ideas for a functional fairground. By roleplay, I mean creating something from pre-existing assets: I would move balloons over the dartboards to emulate the balloon-popping games at the fairground.
Did you guys make or find anything fun? Let's swap ideas!
Suggestions:
1. Mods or roleplay ideas on how to create rides (Rollercoasters, Bumper Cars, Ferris Wheels, Merry-go-Rounds, etc)
2. More Games (Pinball machines, Whack-a-Mole, etc)
3. Activities (Apple-Bobbing, Mechanical Bulls, etc)
4. Food items (Cotton Candy, popcorn machines, Funnel Cake, etc)
