      @Smoochs Ha it was a lot of fun, I've thought about it but while I'm saving up for a better computer I wasn't too sure about pushing this one maybe one day. I have watched a bit of it though, also best mom ever lol.

      Putting my face over a mug of water/tea that is steaming looks a bit weird to other people, but it helps.

      I find that getting my hair done (styled, colored, etc.) at a salon is very relaxing, or even when I do it myself at home it relaxes me.

      Touching 'squishy' things like marshmallows, jelly candles etc. makes me embarrassingly content. Also watching darts (not that I like it, but for some reason it calms me) and my sims relaxing at the spa. The best things that relax me aren't that weird though e.g. daydreaming, reading, music (even if it's the opposite of calm), stroking animals, baking (and eating) cake, fruity car air fresheners when I'm driving...
