Really very tough to choose from them, but I would love to choose Clothing related stuff and Gaming related tabletop too, because I love to play games and shopping, so I want to see these hobbies in this game, and yeah I also suggest to this game mods, please also improve graphics of this game.

Crafting an Object (Jewelry, Glassblowing, Candle Making, Pottery)
Honestly i want these all but would like more crafting options than woodwork the most I guess. I'd happily buy a freetime expansion that just focused on hobbies for all ages. I think I'd want it similar to 2 as well where they get talent badges but build a general skill so it doesn't overload the skill menu more.
I am impressed. I thought I wanted a lot of added skills, but this is a very thorough list. The only thing you are missing is perhaps something for Science related: Robotics, Genetics. Honestly, I don't know what to vote for. I would like to see more instruments, I believe all sports should be separate skills (and Soccer is a must), Vehicles and Vehicle Repair are long overdue, and I would really like to see a casino.
I think a scrapbook would be so cute for parents or grandparents to do with their kids! It would also be a creative way to showcase screenshots and kids' drawings. Hobbies like dance and martial arts would also be interesting, but alas, I couldn't pick two options. Mainly I just wish there were more things for children to do for fun.

Definitely bands and music. Like in Sims 3 when one sim could start jamming and others could join in with different instruments and they would play together. It was SO awesome
In my family do canning as well and I enjoy helping my mom out it has been past down the family line. even though I couldn't choose three hobbies there was another one that I would love to see in the game and that is forming a band plus magic that would be so much fun if we had those hobbies in the game.
I picked food because I like to play historically (well, as historically as possible; like "history legacy challenges"), but I almost picked the clothing option because I'm interested in and dabble a bit in sewing in real life. I also like the crafting an object and paper options--origami I think would be neat in a Sims game, personally. Finally, I miss the ballet club from Sims 3 and would love to see that and other dances (e.g. tap) in Sims 4 for both children and teens, and possibly as another career option for adults since we have both actor and entertainer now.
I really had a hard time deciding, while I love the idea of more music related, but I also like the idea of clothes related stuff like sewing and sports stuff like ballet.

I loved Scuba Diving in Island Paradise, exploring another location was pretty fun. I also really enjoyed the Sculpting Hobby. Not just with Wood like currently have but with Stone, being a regular Michelangelo is rather appealing to me
Honestly, I want them all, but I really need the return of bands for some of my sims currently in game waiting for bands and more instruments to be available.
