Would you like to see a university EP for the Sims 4?

While I played the Sims 3 very briefly before the Sims 4 came out and before my laptop yelled at me for trying to have too many packs installed, I never got to play a university pack. This idea is definitely very appealing and I would love to have the chance to play through this concept on the Sims 4. Any other opinions?

If we get it, I'll buy it, but I'm not desperate. I'd personally prefer other things to be explored than university. Personally, I'd prefer more Magic and occults before we keep going with realism, as the last occult/supernatural thing was Vampires 2 years ago, before we got strangerville.

I like university, but I'm dying for more magic and occults instead of another realism pack.

I wouldn't say no and I do think it could be a lot of fun, but it's not at the top of my wish list right now. I want supernatural first and foremost with werewolves, witches and fairies. Also further development for romance/weddings, more stuff for babies, teens and elders, more hobbies like crochet, origami and knitting, a tropical vacation world...the list goes on and on.

I would like to see it in game because it is such a popular request, but I wouldn't be greatly disappointed if it didn't come.
I am an Occult player first and foremost, and I need my Witches and Werewolves! Those are top priority for me.
I am also more interested in a Farming EP than Uni. I'd take a casino GP over Uni as well. :p

Found it a bit boring in Sims 3, but I feel they could improve on it for the Sims 4 and am curious about how they would approach it. But it's not something I'm dying to have in my game. Would rather have magic, a hobbies GP, or a Farming EP.

I'm a mix of occult and realism player, so why not, just because you're a vampire doesn't mean you have to stop doing normal things, like doing your laundry or pursue your education.

It's not something I am waiting for. I am sure it will come, but it's not real high on my list. I will get it, but likely not right away. I barely used it in sims 2 or 3.

Lots of other things I'd rather see first.

I wasn't a great fan of it in Sims3 but if we get it it's all good with me. Personally I'd rather have the team make something we haven't seen before.

I had the university packs for both Sims 2 and 3. I would hope that Sims 4 could be a blend of the two along with having something to make it unique.
From TS2, I liked that you could have roommates in your accomodation. It is hard to recall since it has been a long time, but I think that you could choose to live what I understand in America are called dorms; these were either cheaper or free. You could have a household of roommates that might live in a house as well. What I forgot to mention about the dorms is that those roommates were NPCs. I think TS2 had really good gameplay in this pack. You could switch 'majors' until your final year. I remember you had a lot of freedom and choice in what you could choose. I liked how there things you had to do like, go to class, study, write papers, and then take a major exam before moving to the next year. I think there was something you had to do that was specific to the major, for instance, you would have to skill up your creativity in an art major. I have to say it has been a long time, so I might not be perfecty correct, but I loved this pack.
The Sims 3 university had a great campus. It's funny that I remember less about this than TS2. I recall enjoying the frat/sorority socials. The graduation was cool until the lagging made it infuriating; you could invite family and friends to attend. I think I enjoyed TS2 uni more for its gameplay.
For The Sims 4, I would sincerely hope they do something similar to TS2 in relation to student life gameplay. Having to read and study is a big part of uni (being a graduate, I think I can say this with some measure of authority), so I hope they work on this. Additionally, making student social life out of the classroom unique to young adult sims would be fabulous. I remember TS3 having kegs and juice ping pong was fun.

I was torn, but I voted for I don't care either way.

I would like to see a University EP, but I'd like to see the team bring something new to the table. I don't want to see what has been done over and over...I dunno - sometimes I feel the community wants new 'old' content, i.e. stuff that been released previously.

If a University EP was released with stuff we haven't seen before, great! If it's the same ol' stuff..maybe not.

I loved it in ts2!!!! I never got to play the sims 3 version, but it seems awesome from what I've seen. I think it would just add more depth to the young adult life stage

I don't mind having university back but I don't miss it right now, unlike more supernaturals or vacations with hotels like we had in sims 2. I would prefer those to return first. But I would probably get a university pack. It still sounds more appealing than get famous to me .

Meh for me. Like, I’ve loved university in previous packs, but I am a bit concerned over how it would be handled in sims 4 where there is no escaping the ticking of the clock unless aging is turned off. (Before sims 3 university, there was world adventures which automatically paused aging in those worlds- meanwhile the vacation packs in this game do not).

There are several packs I would want before University (the farming stuff, moar supernaturals dear lord PLEASE, maybe a whole expansion of sci-fi weirdness riffing off Strangerville, etc), but admittedly University could make me very excited depending on how they do it.

Like, what new jobs they add with it. Education is a given but I would die of happiness if they had a media career (tv/radio), a actual rockstar career (form your own college band!!!), or just something new and different.

But basically I’m just waiting impatiently for a supernatural pack with supernatural career options and just a HEAVY dose of quirkiness in a EP rather than a smaller game pack. I need it desperately.

I've also been thinking about this. I just realized the other day, reading another thread, that if the entire household doesn't go on vacay, those left behind will still age. WHAT?! :o I thought that aspect was the same as previous iterations, but I was wrong (I've never left anyone behind).

I've always had a problem with the fact that if you stay late at work, any Sims left on the lot or come home in the meantime do nothing productive. I create a family "club" and use Rally the Troops to compensate. I cringe every time I read the suggestion of opening up the schools in this iteration. I certainly do not want to see another pack that makes us choose which Sims to play and forces us to ignore the others (especially for as long of a period of time that a year at college or even a semester would be).
