Villa Sagittarius is so very nice! It is a very large, grand and detailed home! The exterior design and the layout of the home looks very nice! The greenery on the exterior gives a very nice look to the home. Very nice outdoors areas! The landscaping work looks great. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of each of the rooms looks very nice! It is a very detailed home so I wouldn’t be able to write about all the very nice features of the home but each area of the home is very nice! It is very nice looking at the photos of the home and sims will enjoy living there!

It’s a 40x30 lot.
Costs a little under 50K.
Seasons and Cats & Dogs are essential to maintain the general aesthetic of the build (although it might not look too bad if you only have one of those packs since the windows and doors are quite similar).
Laundry Day is recommended, because the studio and the greenhouse use windows from that pack.
It does use the closets from Get Together, but there’s room for work-arounds if you don’t have that pack.
Any other packs it uses are mostly just floors and wallpapers, which you can easily replace if you don’t have them.
Then there are two parks I've built, one for Oasis Springs, one for Willow Creek. They're both quite different, but I'm quite proud of them (I'm not good with large lots, so this is quite an accomplishment). I'm not putting these pictures under spoilers as there is just so much to see.

Each of these latest builds that you have posted here are so very nice! The Parks would be very special, enjoyable and fun for Sims to visit! There are many enjoyable activities for Sims to do at the parks! The glass roofing art venue is very pretty! It is a very nice venue for Sims to enjoy visiting and do paintings on the easels.
The design, furnishing , architecture, landscaping and layout of each of the builds looks very nice!

An overgrown and heavily deteriorated Georgian manor, that looks abandoned, but may be a lot more alive than you think. It once belonged to a wealthy family who went missing under suspicious circumstances. The building subsequently became state property and was converted to an asylum - or more politically correct, a sanatorium. Recently it seems to have been taken over by vandals and vagrants, but are they really the only inhabitants of this eery abode?
You have to enable bb.moveobjects when placing the lot, or it will miss at least several doors (I think the enlarged cracks in the wall may have to do with that). Also, not everything is routable or usable, it’s mainly furnished as a story set. That said, you can have (a) Sim(s) live in it, as the essentials are accessible. You can also place it unfurnished and use the shell, the wall ivy will stick, but most other decor will vanish - it’ll also use much fewer packs, I’d say GT, GTW and Vampires are essential to the structure itself (doors, windows and wall ivy).
Saberhagen Sanitorium is a great build for Halloween! It looks very spooky and eeerie! Very nice design of the exterior to reflect the background details of the sanitarium ! The greenery is a great touch on the exterior walls. The dead plants look great lining the edges of the front pathway. The design of the water fountains and statue feature in the back outdoors area looks so very nice! It looks great! It looks great how the interior furnishing of the rooms has been done to reflect the spooky, rundown, haunted house theme! The torn, ripped, and stained walls, and the cracks and cobwebs on the walls in the rooms through the home looks very effective ! The torn curtains used, and the faded wallpaper looks great! The messy clothes on the floor in one of bedrooms is a great touch, and the white walls in other bedrooms suits the build type well. It is very nice that there are soft toys in the kids bedroom, but it wouldn’t be a very nice place for kids to live

This is actually a build that I've been working on for months, but never quite got the feel of it. Until we got terrain tools, but I then got distracted by new packs and such. Anyway, I finally finished it and uploaded it.
Tudor Revival Fixer Upper
Residential, 40x30, 3 bed, 3 bath, $ 50.238.

This lovely Tudor Revival cottage is rather run down and has an overgrown garden to boot. Not every Sim will see the potential of this house, but it’s there. With enough TLC and hard work, this can turn into a most charming family home. It has a large garden with shed and planters, it also comes with a basement.
Note that the basement is immediately under the house so if you choose to expand it beyond the foundation, it will alter the terrain height. In my test I was able to place the lot without activating the MOO cheat, but I used a medium sized door on a short wall - which is perfectly functional, but it might just cause a little trouble when placing the lot. Because it's a fixer upper, the lot is somewhat cluttered but the basics are accessible so a Sim can live in it as it is now.
I've noticed I have a similar build that I haven't showcased yet, so I'll just add it to this post, I finished and uploaded it several months ago. Cape Cod Fixer-Upper

It’s a run down, overgrown cape cod style home. It is large-ish for a cape cod, but that still makes it a rather small house. I’ve managed to fit in two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a basement and a separate laundry room. It’s semi-furnished - the previous owners left some worn furniture behind, but took out most appliances. So you may need to invest. Also, don’t buy this place if you’re afraid of spiders, it’s covered in cobwebs. But, if you can see trough the cracks and the dust, you’ll realise this may make a lovely little family home (one day).
I do have another build I'd like to share, but I have some other things to tend to, so I'll do that later.

After his demise, George’s Cahill’s Old Penelope and the plot of land he was living on became the property of the town of StrangerVille again. To honour George, the council decided to get Penelope back in the air again, be it on a two story cargo building.
Inside your Sims will find a nice modern gym in an industrial setting (I know it’s a bit of a weird combo, but the gym equipment is so terribly modern, because I really wanted the rock climbing treadmill in it). Apart from the regular exercise equipment, there’s also space for doing television workouts and there’s a separate yoga room. For those less inclined to physical exercise, there’s the option to go up on the roof and inspect Penelope up close.
Each of the builds are very nice! It is a very nice variety of types of homes and community lot venues .
You are very creative in the very nice exterior design of the builds, the landscaping of the outdoors areas and very nicely furnishing of the interior of builds.

A big glass cage that is called a celebrity home, it’s fenced off to keep the stans and paparazzi outside. The basement has a recording studio, streaming studio, music room, game room, home cinema, laundry room, storage and a vault. Ground floor covers entry, kitchen, family room, formal dining, spa and gym. The mezzanine floor is where the piano room and lounge are, the study, guest room with ensuite and butler’s quarters. The top floor landing is adorned with awards and memorabilia - other rooms are bedrooms for toddler and child (with ensuites), play room, master bedroom, master bathroom and walk-closet/beauty room. In the garden we find the pool, poolhouse, sauna, terrace, outdoor kitchen, playground and hot tub, with patches of exotic flora in between. Basically, this house has everything a celebrity could want, except maybe a basketball court.

Lavender Drake Manson is a very grand home! It is great for a celebrity familly! It has so many special feature rooms and areas! Very nice exterior design of the home! The large glass windows look very nice how they have been placed in thr buiild. The lavender is very pretty on the edges of the home! Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The colour schemes of the rooms is very nice. Very grand dining room! The type of dining chairs used and the purple and gold colour scheme is very nice! The nectar rack is great there for Sims to enjoy a drink with their meals. Very lovely outdoors patio for kids to have fun playing in the tunnels or ball pit and on the monkey bars. Very nice nook area for sims to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub.
It is a very lovely grand mansion home!

It’s a cute little tudor-ish cottage with a nice flower garden and lots of bee boxes. It’s perfect for one or two outdoor loving Sims and their cat. I’ve also added a laundry/storage room in the basement and a garden shed outside. There isn’t much room for expansion, but if you place it on a larger lot, you might be able to add to the house and/or garden.
Beekeeper’s Cottage is very pretty! Very warm and homely exterior design and interior furnishing of the cottage! The flower box windows and cottage garden flowers are very pretty! Very lovely interiors! The wall textures and colours are very nice! Very nice laundry and woodwork table room! Sims will enjoy doing crafting on the table. Very nice design of the kitchen and dining area! The flowers are pretty for Sims to see when cooking and dining. Very pretty living room wall colour and the floral wallpaper in the study room is pretty! Very lovely outdoors garden areas! Sims will enjoy using the bee hives! Very nice harvestable garden area! Sims will enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes.
It is such a very lovely and pretty cottage home!

It’s a cute little tudor-ish cottage with a nice flower garden and lots of bee boxes. It’s perfect for one or two outdoor loving Sims and their cat. I’ve also added a laundry/storage room in the basement and a garden shed outside. There isn’t much room for expansion, but if you place it on a larger lot, you might be able to add to the house and/or garden.
It is such a very lovely and pretty cottage home!
