I've recently gotten into building so I decided I'd make a thread to showcase some! Each lot/room/household will have it's own post. To start out I have a nice starter home for the '100 Baby Challenge'!

A home within the starter price range that is perfect for the 100 Baby Challenge. Comes with three wabbit tablets, bookshelves, and a computer and only uses Base Game items.

100 Baby Challenge Cheap is a very nice starter to do the challenge !

Very nice layout of the interior! Great design of the kids bedroom with the beds. It is great that it has wabbit tablets, a computer and bookcases. Very nice open plan living area.
It is a very nice family home

Very nice A frame starter home!

The layout of the interior of each level is very nice! Very nice sofa seat sitting area for Sims to rest and watch tv. The blue colour of the walls is calming. Very nice study desk nook area in the upstairs corner landing area.

The red colour scheme of Tiny Home is very nice!

The white edged windows look very nice with it! Very nice furnishing of the interior! The windows dining area is very nice for Sims to enjoy eating meals with sunshine coming in onto them. Nice nook area for sims to rest on the sofa and watch tv. Very nice design of upper level bedroom,the way the bed is in the corner nook and the computer study desk overlooks the stairs.
It is a very nice home

Very nice exterior of the Modern Home and it is great that there is a pool and outdoors dining area on the back patio, Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating meals at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air. Very nice open plan layout of the interior living areas. The shoes rack is a homely touch, and the blue colour of the walls is very nice and calming. Very nice sofa and armchair sitting area for Sims to enjoy watching tv with sunlight coming in through the windows. The flowers are very pretty for Sims to see as they are sitting there. Very nice bedrooms! The sunflowers on the bedside table of one of the bedrooms and the cherry blossom and sunflowers pictures on the bedhead and study desk walls in the other bedroom are very lovely, cheerful and pretty!
It is a very nice modern family home
