Household, but only one main investigator
The sims I'm playing with in Strangerville are a brother and a sister. The brother is kind of a down-on-his-luck loser who had to move in with his much more successful sister, whose boyfriend lives just down the street. However, while he's up late drinking at the bar and abusing the bubble blower, he's noted that she's waking up and running around with a demented grin on her face, and he's trying to stop it...

He occasionally gets help from her boyfriend (until he got infected) and now he's getting some help from one of his neighbors (the one he's got a crush on, but the neighbor guy isn't super into romance with a deadbeat like Ellis).
I don't remember how to change my signature.

I remade John Mole from ts2 FT to play through the story. My backstory for him is that the agency he works for has sent him on a mission to go undercover in the military to find out just what is happening in strangerville and put a stop to it.

I initially did a single sim, but chewing on a dual household- where one is military and the other gets infected after they start poking around.

I did a run through with one Sim in my test game. Now I am using a three person household. My main investigator was my Master Vampire who committed the error of drinking from an infected Sim. Bad move. Now his human wife and a friend are trying to find him a cure.

However in many way I find it easier to send them one at a time to solve the mystery. Each one has the StrangerVille asperation (actually I flip asperations back and forth to maximize the asperation points). So each one has to actually work through story-line.

Oh, I didn't realise vampires could become infected from a bite! That's a nice touch.

I am finding that Strangerville is adding a nice touch of Sci-Fi weirdness to the overall game.

Wait they become infected from drinking from infected? That's great. Haven't tried this.. I assumed they had to eat the fruit also.

I started using all three of the electronic arts family.then I simp!y left Mark and his girlfriend at home to search and programs whilst Leslie goes out and meets people. During the quest she has spoken to the guy at the crash site and bugged him. She has bugged one of the military personal and collected evidence from the science lab at midnight. I must caution not to let the sims drink coffee from the lab as they get posted but it wears off if your sims talk to the plants, they turn back to normal after drinking water. My sims has travelled to other worlds to socialise and join clubs.

Yep! Apparently the infection came be passed on through the 'plasma'stream. My vamp best stick to only plasma fruit for a while until he saves Strangerville.

I started with a single investigator, a yeti, but he got infected and just dropped the case to become a gardener. Oops.

So, now, all the premades are on the case, some more than others, hehe.

I also created a military team and an alien botanist that will also joyfully poke around.
I want to play ALL the premade families! One day...

    Several households, acting together
I like to move between lots so they are all working together.
I am writing a story, want to read it?
