If this is witches and not alien/Strangetown/plant sim related, then their marketing is seriously weird I don't see how the hints spell anything else right now. It definitely doesn't feel like witches to me.

They've never amped up patches like this though. They usually just announce it.
This might be something related to plant sims, which would really disappoint me as I prefer fairies/witches. But the use of the word arboreal makes it sound plant related and they keep mentioning eating a fruit. We'll just have to wait until tomorrow because they like making us wait arbitrarily. This had better be good gurus, you make us wait so you can have us wait some more.

The door looks really flat, like there's no actual 3D element to a mesh that you would see if you could enter it. And the windows are completely covered by curtains so you can't see inside. I'm fairly sure this is a static prop and not something you can enter.
Plus you can see that the trailer has wheels at the bottom rather than the foundation you would expect under a building. You can see the edges of the wheels behind the bench.
