  If you have a scroll button you push it and hold it in and by moving the mouse at the same time you can adjust the camera angle. You can also move the camera closer in by letting go of the scroll button and move the scroll wheel too-and-fro. That way you can go near or away. Sorry, tired and my english isn't very good. Hopefully someone can explain better.
  
  Also using the ADWS keys to move the camera around. Same with the arrow keys.
