Check out historical sims life, they have some good regency cc, and I can't post links rn, otherwise I'd add one, but Alin22's empire dress (I think it's called that) is also a good regency style dress.

So, small issue. I'm unable to download anything from ElfDor or Historial Sims Life. Aaaaaand I'm looking for CC from the early 1900s. Like...pre-20s, but still the 1900s. I've gotten a lot of stuff from TSR and a few other things that I found at sssvitlans. But I haven't been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. I need more...rural, far west, type clothes, not fancy, rich person clothes. I don't know if that's something that's even...possible? But if anyone knows of anything or of anyone willing to make such a thing, I'd be grateful.
