Any idea where to find urn if Sim dies while doing a gig in acting career?

Hey everyone! My legacy sim died while on a gig in the acting career. Unfortunately, I can not rememember which gig it was. I read online that in other careers that you can follow (such as scientist or doctor) you can have someone else join that career and recover the urn. However, I tried to have my sims child join the acting career and had him get to the top of the career and go to every gig possible and I still could not recover her urn. Is it gone for good?
As a side note, when the Sim first died she called her son once to hang out and then never contacted him again. Usually, I can't get the ghosts to stop contacting my live sims. I feel like this is a weird sign, but maybe I'm just noticing it because I'm looking for it!

If your sim has just recently passed away, you could try recovering an earlier version of your current save game to play, that is before she passed away. To do that , go to the main screen of sims 4, and click on the " load game " button.Click on your save game file picture. Then click on the " recover game " button down the right hand side bottom of the screen,. Press on an earlier version of the save game from the menu that pops up. Then load that save game version.

Do you know how to use it to find them? I'm missing a few ghosts that I would love to get back.
