Yes!!!!! One of my favorite Sims creators is back and building. I LOVE your builds, I honestly pretty much have them all.. (Still hehehe).. I'm going to grab your new Clockwork manor V4 because I use this one A LOT for my Mortal Instruments and Infernal Devices legacy. I was so in love with that series, and your builds brought the gaming version of that world to life. I'm not sure if your inspiration came from those books, but they were right on time. I'm actually a huge lover of Midnight Hollow as well, so I can't wait to download your builds and turn it into 1900's Victorian/Goth Steampunk immersion. Bookmarked!!!!!

Never read it but I use to watch lots of British series than took place in the Victorian era and art deco era. Plus Hayao Miyazaki's Spirited Away and Howl's Moving castle - gorgeous steampunk fantasy animation films.
The architectural design of Rococo Bath House, both the exterior and interior looks so very great! The glasshouse roofing looks very nice! It looks very nice the way that the pillars and columns have been used in the build! Very nice balcony areas! It looks very nice that loungers have been placed along the edges of the balconies for sims to relax and look down to see what is happening on the lower level. It is nice that there is an area where sims can enjoy sitting around the firepit keeping warm. They will enjoy resting in the saunas. The wall water fountains are nice touches in the nook areas, and the Neptune sculpture suits the venue well.
The design of the bathhouse is so very nice and ornate !
I love that bathhouse! I love the way you put the greenhouse roof pieces on the top. I always try to get them to go to the edge of a roof, but now I see they can look great without needing that. CASting the left and right curved stairways in stone gave them an interesting look that I wouldn't have thought of, and I like the way you put them next to each other. The Amore columns and fence pieces worked perfectly for this. I don't know that I would have thought to put those curtains in there, but they helped give everything the Roman feel.
Pretty much same build just outdoors matches MV or MH. I went more Steampunk Whimsical this build, way more space compared to original, enjoy ;D
The Old Foundry V2 MV - Download Type: Residential Size: 20x30 Bedrooms: 2 Bedrooms Location: 12 Regalia Court, Monte Vista Notes: The Mill water wheel doesn't work (it's for looks) but if you want to have it work put on bigger lot and pull it out of the wall (currently moveobjects placed). Based on my original first Steampunk build that was also my first Feature on the Sims 3 community. Full Gallery

The makeovers of the Old Foundry to suit Monte Vista and Midnight Hollow look very nice! The water wheel looks great in the builds! The outdoors areas complement well with the worlds that you have made over the builds to place them in.
You are so very creative how you design, build and furnish your steam punk themed builds!
Wow! It looks great. I have your original under my favorites, but think I like these even better. It looks like you redid quite a bit on the inside! I'm madly in love with the kitchen.
I haven't used mediafire before. Does this download to the launcher?
Secondly, I'm wondering if the first lots terrain paint is attached to the build like you edited it in or is that just the default terrain paint for the world, so I can place it anywhere else without having to redo the terrain paint to match wherever I put it? (I hope that makes sense). It's not a big deal if I have to, but might be the difference between me getting the first or second one. I just want to make very minor changes to the outside, but like the colors on the first one a bit better.

Yeah, I think I way like this better than my original. I love the kitchen too XD just it is tight for room so messy sims better clean up after themselves or surfaces disappear fast XD
It downloads like regular downloads, then just copy/move it to your electronic arts -> sims 3 -> downloads folder -> then launch game as normal and it should be ready for download like usual.
It has only terrain in the enclosed/gated yard (I believed I used a WA grass and pebbles around water) so the non-gated area should match any world it's placed on, however if you wanted MV front brick work I believe it is a terrain paint too.

Thanks! The MV version it is! Will come back to download in the next couple days, as I won't have time till then.
It is great that you are making Simagon Alley into a venue where Sims can visit inside the buildings! It is looking great! The glass roofing and the large circular patterned window looks very nice! The wall textures of the buildings look great.
Sorry things got busy and I just pushed this to the far side, and then my computer died and I think I just lost most of my last project. I am double checking my back ups see if I saved it there before the loss.
: /
I also recently took on a project that I am currently obsessed with lol. I currently suck and my time management :P
Update ok so after have lost a small bit of my game (mostly minor stuff but lost even pre-made sims in cas), I have decided to back up even just minor makeover lots/sims/households in my main worlds on the sim file share site.
It will take a bit but so far a good chunk is done if you are wanting to see as a collection I set up my worlds. Of both makeover lots/sims and unique lots/sims. So if I lose entire save or computer death I can make a new game and set up again from this file share site.
And you guys are welcome to download. Also I accidentally deleted a handful of downloads I had to re-download so if you saved the links you have to get new ones and if you hearted/liked please do again.
So I was thinking (Post Here) to just have a better way to showcase builds since I just finding threads not cutting it but I don't want to make it just for myself. But this would be a sample layout if anyone else would like this too:
I have decided to migrate my showcase and content to another site. Full migration might be a while because I have my content spread on sims 3 site, forum threads and photohosting sites. But it will be allocated to a one stop place once done

Did you ever think "I wish Midnight Hollow's Simagon Alley was a build and not just a rabbit hole"?
More pics under spoiler:
Planning on a minimal furnished version (so those can turn it to what they want/need) and a fully furnished version.
