@thuggishsplicer I agree about the restrooms. How is only one toilet going to satisfy eight or more sims? Before I did get IP and the all-in-one bathrooms, I used bathroom stalls instead. It served a similar purpose.

Probably no update from me today. The heat seems to be getting worse and worse and I barely have the energy to type. I'm hoping the weekend will provide a small cool front.
In the morning, George took care of his new son. Being family oriented, he wants five kids. No way am I doing that.
Lauren got to work on her latest book. I forgot the title and I didn't write it down.
Mack had to get some time with his brother-in-law. Mack thinks it's funny that a baby is his teen-aged sons uncle.
Speaking of Andrew, he had his young adult birthday today.
And he lost his hair again. This time he is staying bald.
I thought his baldness worked, given his new trait: EVIL!
All the great evil geniuses have bald heads if you think about it. I think in this suit he looks a lot like Superman villain, Lex Luthor.
Then Jennifer aged up. She gained the unstable trait so now her traits are constantly changing. An unstable girlfriend for an evil man I guess.
Even Grim showed up for the party... after finishing off another paparazzi. I like how he looks at Lauren like "Wow, look at those legs!" George doesn't know what to think.
The next day was James' toddler birthday. I think he looks cute but he has a weird hair color.
On Leisure Day, Lauren threw a party. Everything was going very well until this happened.
Vadim Simovitch decided to die at the party. Second day in a row that Grim visited the household. At least it wasn't my sims who died.
And like the last party, Brittany played guitar for the guests, gaining $742 in tips. George ended up getting called into work that night.
***This is part 1 of the update. A lot happened but I don't want to overload one post.
After working most of the night, George got promoted to Secret Agent (Level 7?)
He didn't get much sleep so Brittany gave him a potion to drink while she and Lauren ate.
Lex... I mean Andrew asked Jennifer to marry him.
She said yes and they had a quick marriage in the nursery where James was sleeping.
Mack got promoted to level 8 in the Science career. He should be able to reach the top before reaching elder status.
The newly weds spent some time together. They were careful as they weren't ready for children just yet.
They must really love each other because when I checked, they were doing romantic interactions autonomously.
George wanted some time with Brittany. Brittany had been too busy but she knew she needed to relax a bit and what better way to relax?
Everyone else went to bed but George and Brittany went to the Grind. George decided to give the mixologist some advice. I don't think George has any experience though so his advice is not good, lol
Brittany played her guitar for the few people there. Unfortunately, no one was in a tipping mood.
The two left the Grind around 12:30 am and headed to the diner. Before entering, they shared a passionate kiss in the parking lot.
***That's it for today. Tomorrow is Saturday so Brittany will have to consign some more paintings. I'm hoping she gets her last promotion, then she can focus on other things for the remaining three weeks of the job. As I have seven people in the house, I have to decide whether to add someone else or not. The rules aren't specific on that but I'm thinking somewhere along the way, I'll have to have a childless couple to free up space. I hope you all enjoy the update, I'll possibly have one tomorrow if things go okay.

@Springfairy556 That's strange. I know I've been able to post more than one thing in a row (my multipart updates) in a shorter time than 2 minutes. Although there have been times when I've gotten the spam block on my account when I wouldn't post anything all day. I don't know if it's a bug or what. You'd think they would look into it a bit more before slapping a block on accounts, especially with those who aren't spamming at all.

The family enjoyed another home cooked meal
Jaxon's waking wish was to find a seed. He found a special seed which turned out to be a life fruit plant.
Ian, Paul and Josh did the gardening.
Father and son cooking together Jason was preparing pancakes to replace what the family had eaten and Jay's waking wish was to bake something.
Josie wants to master painting and Pia had a wish to level up in painting.
Jason, Ian and Paul all woke with a wish to catch a great fish.
Josh had a wish to make a crazy drink
After Jason got his fish wish I let him go and he practised dunking.
While fishing, Ian rolled a wish to catch a bug.
Paul interrupted Jason's dunking for a chat.
I'd heard woohoo earlier but when I got to the boys they were already heading off to do other things. I thought the boys looked cute - Jason with his eyes crossed and Josh with a sweet smile
Paul worked on a painting he had started the day before.

Might be a good idea to let a mod know the spam filter is not working as intended. They do have a filter set up to prevent spamming and I've gotten it before when I've posted my pics here and in the story thread and then maybe made some comments elsewhere. It is probably borked like so many other things especially if you haven't posted recently.

I've gotten that every once in awhile when I'm trying to post things to the Activity Feed such as my welcome post or when I'm trying to help someone over there after making the first post. It's a feature that the team add to the site to keep the spambots from creating too many post. I think they used to have something like that for the forum sections of the site when the spambots kept coming except it was a 10 minute wait in between postings. So the spammers would create several accounts, create their post and jump over to the next account and so on until they got back to the first account and create yet another post providing that the account was still open and not locked.
