I have been having issues for a few months with my sims 3 game where my sims are phasing through objects like a bathroom sink and certain hair isn't rendering correctly and is showing choppy shapes within the hair design. Any idea whats going on?

More images of the choppy hair. Does anyone know why this occurs? Please help.

I found this informative thread on CC hair:

I am still reading about clipping, sorry I have nothing on it yet!

Update: I am sorry, I have no real answer, but found out the right (I think!) term for game object overlap/contact: 'collision detection' - not 'clipping' - and needed to correct myself. I still do not understand why it happens but it seems very complicated to get right, and is connected with a lot of other aspects of game programming such as the 'game loop update' and 'pathfinding' for example. So one ill-qualified guess is that it is hard to completely avoid in the programming since it seems to effect not only those who use the cheat moveobjects and constrain floor elevation CFE. I hope someone else has an answer.
