Game needs more variety in the follow your sims to work careers

Once you control them at work a few times its boring and you end up sending them alone
It boils down to the same for each career and it was a shame acting took the same route
Gossip on set do x do y it got boring the 4th time i did it and i sent them alone from that point onward
They need to throw in extra challenges like things going wrong or just expanding on them so it doesnt feel like a checklist
