As the title says...
If you want to know your specs, look up your DxDiag.

My Desktop:
CPU: Intel i5-4690
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Geminii S524
GPU: NVidia Zotac GTX 1070 Ti
RAM: 16GB Corsair
Motherboard: MSI Gaming 5
Case: Zalman Z3 Plus (I modded it to my liking)
HDD: 2TB Toshiba
SSD: 120GB Sandisk
I've been too lazy to purchase an Intel i5-8600K and still waiting for a good sale on it (Intel's 4th generation is still good). Since Christmas is around the corner, I'll probably finally purchase it then. I am planning on purchasing a new SSD in the future as well.

I'm moving this to Off-Topic as this is a thread more focused on sharing PC specs than talking about The Sims 4. You're free to carry on, but this category's a bit more relevant to the discussion at hand.

RAM: 8 GB
HDD: 1 TB
Desktop:
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit)
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 (3.4 GHz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (2 GB VRAM)
RAM: 8 GB (3 GB usable)

I would upgrade my desktop computer, but some of the games on there may not be properly compatible with Windows 10; not to mention it's a little slow, possibly due to its age, which probably wouldn't make the upgrade worth it.
My Lenovo Thinkpad laptop has:
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (wish it had 7...)
Processor: AMD Raedon R7 4CPUs 2.5 GHz
RAM: 12 GB DDR3
Graphics: AMD Raedon R7 (CLAIMS it has 6GB, but I don't buy it for a Laptop)
HDD: 1 TB
It isn't too bad for buying it on sale for $450...
