@lightnin-fantasy, you ask for little or no trees on the lot. Do you generally spin around the house when you play? I like to have one direction in which I can see more easily to play as I generally have a houseful. I usually build from the back right corner, which I am with this lot. Most furniture placement and landscaping are placed with this in mind. This way I can use trees in the front for some curb appeal and maybe some on the left side of the lot. It also allows the backyard actives to be easily seen. Will that work for you?
PS, I may have lost the Red Dragon in the house somewhere. The other 3 are now in my sims inventory so they can't fly the coop! Will it be a problem if there is a rogue Dragon in the house when you get it? He's not named.

The lost dragon is fine no problem. And yes I tend to spin the house on occasion to get the best view of what my sims are doin sometimes zooming in and out too. It shouldn't be a problem to place a couple of trees as long as I can see clearly without them getting in the way.
@lightnin-fantasy, Hi! Really busy time of the year but I am working on it any time I can. Should have some time this afternoon. I had taken a pic of the magic room the last time I was in game so another sneak!
Edit: If you happen to notice in any of the pics that I used something you don't have, please let me know! I try to keep a careful watch on it but.....

Gothic Essence is a very grand supernatural build! The exterior design of the home looks very nice! It is so very creatively great the way each of the bedrooms has been designed to suit a particular supernatural type of sim! The type of furnishings used and the colour schemes reflect each type of sim so very well! Very nice layout of the outdoors areas! The pool and hot tub patio area looks great! Very nice glass windows greenhouse for Sims to enjoy growing plants. It is great that there is a witches broomstick flying area . Kids will have fun playing in the sand pit, on the playground equipment, and on the spring riders in the playground area. The layout of the interior looks very nice. Very nice large kitchen for Sims to enjoy cooking meals there. The dining room is very nice! The red colour scheme of both the kitchen and dining rooms looks very nice. It is great that there is a long dining table in the dining room with chairs either sides, so that many sims can enjoy eating meals together at the table. There are many very nice feature areas and skill building rooms in the home! The sculpting room , painting and drafting room, alchemy room and science lab look very great! It is very nice that there is a nectary area for making drinks also!
It is a very detailed , fully featured and well designed supernatural themed build, with the furnishings and colour schemes looking very nice to reflect the type of sims that are living there!
Wow Rox, ditto to all rosemow said. What impressive architecture. I love the embellishments on the exterior and cool touches with the landscaping. Even the fence adds to the curb appeal. Great character in each of the rooms and my fav with the fairy house feature. Such detail throughout to suit such a varied family. The dragon cage looks so great... you are so creative. Wonderful job as usual inside and out. Already rec’d. Will download later for a good walk through when next in game. Well done!

Thanks so much so excited to download and start playing with it. I wish I could today but I have been so busy today as soon as I can download I will be back to thank you in more detail on how much I like each room and landscape. Thanks again.
Gothic Essence is a totally awesome supernatural build with so many interesting features. I love the themed bedrooms, each unique and superbly created to suit it's occupant. Another wonderful masterpiece
Gothic Essence is such a perfect place for all the non-humans to live. I'm absolutely in love with how you did the architecture, and the rooms are decorated so wonderfully with all the perfect touches...and the colors are so awesome. Awesome job, as usual Rox.
I showed you a pic of it already but I have worked on it some more so new pic in next post. Checking that you are still good with the horse facilities? I sure am thank you so much.
For the sleeping rooms, I have 3 rooms laid out. The first has a double bed. Another has 2 single beds and the last is for a family with a double, 2 singles and a crib. Will that work or would you prefer a different set up? That sounds good to me, thank you for adding a crib!
In the early 1100's are the bed-covers mostly furs or did they have plaids and such?
I'm not 100% sure as I'm not really that familiar with the time period, however in the world I'm playing, I saw it go both ways, so I'd be good with either one.
During the Medieval times they sometimes used braziers for heat in the smaller rooms that didn't have a fireplace. The fire-pits look somewhat like them and they can warm themselves at them and roast something if they have no money for food from the tavern. I was thinking to put one in each of the bedrooms. What do you think?
I think that's perfect, it also works for a source of lights since there's no electricity.
Got some work done on the bottom floor. They will have chess, darts and a platform with some of the older looking instruments for the traveling Troubadours. Is there anything else you'd like in it?
That's looking great! Is there a spot to perhaps add the woodstove(or if you don't have it, a space to leave to add it?)
I don't have any specific names
