Decided on an Ultimate Sim update after all. I need to catch up with my screenshots.
Brittany: today is my first day of running a daycare. I do not know what to expect but I have two toddlers coming today. Also, I have two roommates living here, Abraham Finkel and Ian Bowler.
Both kids came with dirty diapers. Don't these parents take care of them before dropping them off here?
First day of work went successfully and my work bar is halfway full. Abe and I sat down for a get to know each other chat while we ate.
I had to take a trip to the alchemy consignment shop to cut gems and consign them. This got me a ton of money which I used for a pool and a car.
Sandi French grew up so I got a new toddler to take care of. His name is Sylvester Riddle and his parents just moved here to Sunset Valley. (The last name Riddle reminds me of Tom Riddle, aka Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter )
Leighton came to get Sam. I could go after Leighton as my husband but I'll wait a bit before I decide.
One of the requirements says I have to turn someone into a werewolf. I decided to bite Ian Bowler, he doesn't do anything for my house anyway, might as well add him to my pack. Tomorrow is Leisure Day so I hope that Brandon gives me a day off to meet some people and go to the festival. See you all in my next update!

Thanks for the comments. I was happy with how they aged up. It was interesting combining the aqua and spice berry favorite colors of the two of them. I realized I didn't have one of my favorite sets of beds installed when I was decorating, but I decided I liked those royal castle theme looking beds for them.

When my sim had a day care kids seemed to arrive stinky or hungry and sometimes both!
Hopefully she will do ok with it.

"Puppet-Master" Chapter Three - Making My Mark" If there's one type of sim that I absolutely loathe, it's these insufferable paparazzi. They're like the maggots that collect on a rotting piece of flesh looking for a juicy morsel to pick over. The one thing that makes me cackle with glee is seeing one of them zapped by the Watcher. Evidently Narcissa Vatos had nothing better to do but to tail me and see where I was going. She evidently got in the way of a stray million volts from the blue.
Man, that must have hurt. Next morning after getting up and picking the harvest from the trees, I decided to head down to the festival grounds. It allowed me to heckle the skaters at the roller-rink. Why not, it's something to do. And it gave me a "feel-good" all around, so it was worth it. I didn't really want to go out there and make a fool out of myself by trying to skate. It's not in my genes to be able to skate, so I decided that I'll just hang out and do whatever I can to find seeds and other things at the park. Instead of eating the greasy food at the park, I came home and cooked myself a nice plate full of lime-pancakes. At least I won't be getting indigestion from my cooking, since I took a course on cooking and leveled up. Aleister's Potion Shop was one of the places that I drop off surplus gemstones and other items that I want sold, so I headed over there. Evidently some guy from Egypt had a problem with me so I gave him all that he could handle. I also gave him a mean high-five, sneering at him that he couldn't get it right. That night I raided the science center's garden for more fruits and vegetables to plant. At least I didn't have to outlay cash for seeds. Then in the morning, I had a chance to read a skillbook on cooking and concoct up an elixir in my little room downstairs. Then I went outside to take care of the garden. At least if I have a garden, I won't go hungry in the winter-time and the greenhouse keeps it nice so that the plants won't freeze and I'll be able to pick them year-round. When I went down to the park later on that day, I met Anne Song. She was one of the paparazzi, but she seemed approachable so I decided to utilize her in getting to know the area. At least this way, I knew what was going on...and paparazzi can't tend to keep their mouths shut so at least that way, I'm always in the know as to what's going on. Then I'll be able to tailor my next move to what can be measured as the town reaction. Because once I have my hands in everything, then it'll be time to move out the Landgraabs, the Altos and the Goths. And the funny thing is, that like every two-bit movie villain, the three wealthiest families in Sunset Valley certainly didn't realize that it's better to keep silent and let the populace find out when it's too late; rather than rub ones hands comically in malicious glee all whilst spouting off all their plans - which makes it even easier to counter. There were plenty of things to do at the festival grounds at the park. Four sims decided that they were going to have a hot-dog eating contest. It drew my attention for a little while, but of course, none died from vomiting up the contents of their stomach. At least they were smart and didn't go at such a break-neck pace that they weren't able to keep everything down. It bored me. If there wasn't some risk to life, the contest wasn't worth watching as far as I was concerned. So rather than fall asleep on my feet watching an absolutely boring hot-dog eating contest, I headed home and worked a bit on my inventing; cut a few gemstones that I placed on my Carters XXL table and then went off to raid Simis Bachelor's garden. Well, let's just say that I don't like criminals either. And evidently, he was the crime boss who worked hand in hand with Nick Alto. So it was hilarious watching him gibber speechlessly as I walked through his house; flashing him a savage grin as I emptied his entire garden. He said, "You can't do this to me. Do you know who I am?"
I just said, "Just watch me 'cuz you won't be able to touch me. Your garden is mine, Simis." and gave him the middle-finger.

I put the table outside to see if it would help with routing to the table but only four meals were served although the other two did have "grab a plate" in their queues. Because of this Paul was finished before everyone was seated The same thing happened for the evening meal. I guess my serve meal mod does not like something about the layout of this table
Josie didn't have a waking wish but she had a wish to catch a new type of fish locked in from the previous day. Jaxon's waking wish was to play catch. He also rolled a wish to play catch with Josh over breakfast - two wishes in one hit!
I saw Ian embedded in the front of the school bus while I was watching the kids run to catch it.
That is not how you get on a school bus, Ian!
Nothing like a dead plant to get the attention of sims Although both are green thumbs, neither cried
Both Jason and Josh have wishes to master fishing locked in. Jason is just a whisker from doing so and Josh is very close to reaching level 9.
I got a popup that a simfest had started so I sent the big boys.
They stayed for about one sim hour but the act was a no show although one of the townies seemed to be enjoying the act I even checked in map view to see if the performer might be invisible but there was no-one there

The boys flirted for a while when they got home but separated to do their own thing.

It was a while ago that I played Pepe. It would have been in the last two years since I started simming again. Although I have owned Monte Vista for years, I only installed it after I came back to the forum.
Ian and Paul can't have children for a while! That is why I started with them as teens. I knew if I had started a save with them as YA they would be producing babies way too quickly

@bekkasan Thanks for the lovely comments It also bugs me when sims don't participate in birthdays. Fortunately it doesn't happen often with my usual set up. I will have to go back to doing it in an open space with a small table.
Ian and Paul got home early. I pulled them out of art class the day before so they wouldn't be late for Prom but forgot to enroll them in something new. Not that it would have mattered because after school classes are cancelled on field trip days.

The children got home late because of Scouts. Josie came home with a wish to play tag so they had a quick game before dinner.

@Mikezumi I love wisps they are so pretty but fireflies are my favorite cause more to collect of those.And that amount stacks perfect in a bug case shelf looks awesome all colors at night flashing.

@meerkattime I have aged sims down from adult to adult without any problems that I could tell but I have read that aging sims down using CAS can cause corruption so I avoid it. Igazor explained it a while back but I have forgotten why it is bad.

What is wrong with this scene? Does anyone have even the slightest clue as to how to fix this PLUMBBB#$$%R? Just wanted to let everyone know I’m alive and well. I had a great time at the dairy farm (drove a tractor for the first time!) and I learned heaps
Though I must admit I’ve been having a little trouble getting back into the swing of giving feedback. I promised I’d give feedback yesterday, and I didn’t, and I procrastinated on giving feedback today, too! I also think I’ve been procrastinating on playing Sims (the horror!)… I haven’t played a single minute since I got back from the farm. I’ve also got a pretty big Simmifying project that I’ve been meaning to start on, but I’ve been putting it on the backburner for a while. I am doing another placement at the moment, fortunately this one is more lax and I only have to work in the morning. Oh well, until I find the motivation to write feedback to you lovely people, I’ll still be lurking and giving out awesomes. Happy Simming all
@Mikezumi I don't have any issues with the serve mod with indoor or outdoor and never noticed an issue with particular tables. I guess you could try changing tables and see what happens. I did have a mod (the pose player quit letting me choose toddlers) recently mess up and I took it out of my package folder, cleaned my caches, put it back in, cleaned caches, loaded game and it has worked fine since. Don't know what caused the hiccup and why it fixed itself, just happy it did. You could try that step too if changing tables doesn't work.
Glad sims don't die with vehicular routing problems! I'd be starting saves over constantly!
I wonder if the boys are tired of gardening and won't miss that little plant.

@deadhaus123 I agree that the scenario makes no sense, but, it is what it is, and they are not gonna fix it since they are not working on the Sims 3 any longer. I just ignore those kinda of shenanigans as I don't play out what happens with NPC's, townies and homeless sims in my game. I agree it can affect immersion if you play a different type of game than I do. That good old reset button in MC works really well when I want them off my family lot and before I had mods...I used the cheat version. It certainly made some funny pictures to share and you could put them in the funny pictures thread too.
This is funny, playing some The Sims 4 for some quick gaming and the family's dog is named Ty lol.
This was a family in a save I downloaded from someone else but I just find it funny the dog has the same name
as my sim lol.

Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both getting up so early that morning that it was still dark out as they got ready for the day on that mid fall morning.
It was mid morning when the letter carrier dropped off mail as they were working on their stories on their computers.
It was later on that morning when thick fog rolled in and made visibility bad.
They both started playing online social games on iPads fter taking a lunch break and having studied gambling skill online using the iPads.
It was later when they finally had to start getting ready for bed at 7PM.
Eli was still cleaning up at 8PM and was hoping to be in bed soon.
It was only a few minutes later that she got into bed for the night.
Iris now has some experience with the children's cooking skill, so she can bake chocolate and sugar cookies.
Erica got invited to townie Goopy GilsCarbo's party. Although she needs to work on mastering her skills, I always accept party invitations so that I can see the townie's homes on Legacy Island.
Goopy lives on a houseboat at the docks.
I love how the inside is decorated!
During the night I bought a sculpting station for Erica, and built a small shed for the sculpting station and inventing table.
Then something surprising happened... the building and buying brought the household funds down to around 1,900, but a few seconds after returning to live mode I saw that the family funds were suddenly about 20,900 and I have no idea why and how! My first thought was that I accidentally sold something while in buy mode, but nothing is missing, and they never even owned an object that expensive. I still have no explanation, but I will use Master Controller to delete the surplus money.

What is wrong with this scene? Does anyone have even the slightest clue as to how to fix this PLUMBBB#$$%R? Just wanted to let everyone know I’m alive and well. I had a great time at the dairy farm (drove a tractor for the first time!) and I learned heaps
Though I must admit I’ve been having a little trouble getting back into the swing of giving feedback. I promised I’d give feedback yesterday, and I didn’t, and I procrastinated on giving feedback today, too!
TS4 Sims in TS3
@Mikezumi I don't have any issues with the serve mod with indoor or outdoor and never noticed an issue with particular tables. I guess you could try changing tables and see what happens. I did have a mod (the pose player quit letting me choose toddlers) recently mess up and I took it out of my package folder, cleaned my caches, put it back in, cleaned caches, loaded game and it has worked fine since. Don't know what caused the hiccup and why it fixed itself, just happy it did. You could try that step too if changing tables doesn't work.
Glad sims don't die with vehicular routing problems! I'd be starting saves over constantly!
I wonder if the boys are tired of gardening and won't miss that little plant.

@jirelof_Joiry -Hi there!It sounds like you should've removed the stove from their home and had free will on low.I don't allow new sims without skills to cook anything other than salads until they gain more skill.Naked sims are a glitch and it can be a glitched outfit which means taking them into stylist with MC or sending them to a dresser to change the outfit.

Here's another apcoalypse challenge update below.
Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both getting up so early that morning that it was still dark out as they got ready for the day on that mid fall morning.
It was mid morning when the letter carrier dropped off mail as they were working on their stories on their computers.
It was later on that morning when thick fog rolled in and made visibility bad.
They both started playing online social games on iPads fter taking a lunch break and having studied gambling skill online using the iPads.
It was later when they finally had to start getting ready for bed at 7PM.
Eli was still cleaning up at 8PM and was hoping to be in bed soon.
It was only a few minutes later that she got into bed for the night.

Erica got invited to townie Goopy GilsCarbo's party. Although she needs to work on mastering her skills, I always accept party invitations so that I can see the townie's homes on Legacy Island.
Goopy lives on a houseboat at the docks.
I love how the inside is decorated!
During the night I bought a sculpting station for Erica, and built a small shed for the sculpting station and inventing table.
Then something surprising happened... the building and buying brought the household funds down to around 1,900, but a few seconds after returning to live mode I saw that the family funds were suddenly about 20,900 and I have no idea why and how! My first thought was that I accidentally sold something while in buy mode, but nothing is missing, and they never even owned an object that expensive. I still have no explanation, but I will use Master Controller to delete the surplus money.
