Desc: This is Fallout 4 Nick Valentine's Detective Agency that he runs with Ellie Perkins in Diamond City. Around the back is a bedroom with dresser mainly for Ellie as he is a 'Synth' so he needs no sleep being a synthetic person. He is an important person in the game and the 'Sole survivor' has to rescue him from gangsters.

I have Nick and Ellie in my studio if interested.

It is great that you made a simversion of the Fallout 4 Nick Valentine's Detective Agency @luckyheather The furnishing and layout of the room looks great! The wall texture gives a great look and feel to the room. It is great that there are two desk nooks in the room. Sims will enjoy doing their career work on the computers as they are sitting at the desks. The filing cabinets and themed wallart look great in the room.
I have posted about your home on your showcase thread.
Hello everyone I just thought that I would post pictures of some of the Christmas themed pictures that I have in my studio, in case you would like to use them in your Christmas builds. They are all NOCC .
Christmas Flowers 1
Country Charm is adorable @gmcrozier
Your Royal Theatre and Bar, looks lovely and interesting @leashahampton! Our sims will enjoy it!
Your Modern Oasis is lovely @Sigzy05, nice detail and beautiful landscaping!
Love your swimming pool pond! Beautiful and detailed @Gwiniel @withlovejulien another beautiful addition to your gallery dear!
Awesome recreation of the famous Fallout game @luckyheather! The detail is over the top in your Fallout*Detective Agency! @rosemow you have made some more beautiful pictures for our sims homes and so festive and beautiful!
P.S. @Gwiniel, in debug you can add the fishing post to your pools and such and have fish in them and the sims do use the pools as a pond then, and also swim in it!
@BreeMiles Thanks for the comment and tip. Someone else said the same about the fish but I have no clue how to debug a fishing post.
Here's the Queen Anne lot's garden 99.9% ready. Going to grow some base game plants and then it's done The house itself is 99% ready, so I hope I can share it within this week
@BreeMiles Thanks for the comment and tip. Someone else said the same about the fish but I have no clue how to debug a fishing post.

@Gwiniel When you go into debug, just look for the fishing post, (there is several to choose from) and then set it where you want it at! One more tip that if the pond or spot is small, you may see the fish jumping on the outside of it!
I hope that was what you were asking dear!
@rosemow I love your creations in the gallery! Thank you for sharing them with everyone! @luckyheather I love Fallout 4, too, and that looks phenomenal!
@Gwiniel, if you open your cheat box and type bb.showhiddenobjects a debug option will show on the item filter (that lets you sort by packs, colors, etc). Go to content and you should see debug. Check debug and sort through the items. Among the items will be the fishing hole signs. Pick any of them (although each controls the type of fish sims can catch) and place the sign near your pool.
Thanks again @rosemow for the lovely comments about my Detective Agency.
Thankk you @BreeMiles for your encouraging comments, I am so very pleased you think I detailed it well.
Thanks a lot @withlovejulien you made me smile with your comment
Lovely pictures @roseymow I have got the Christmas ones to use later
The garden of your Queen Anne’s lot looks so very detailed and very nice! @Gwiniel The landscaping work looks so very great! Sims will enjoy spending times outdoors in their home!
Brodie is very handsome! @BreeMiles The black and red colour scheme of his gallery picture outfit is very nice.He has very nice green eyes!
Get Famous Family Modern is a very nice modern home for a family! @luckyheather Very nice layout of the home! It is great that there are two basements that are bedrooms. The furnishing of them is very nice, and is great that a sleeping pod is in the upper level bedroom. The white and grey colour scheme of the home with touches of blue, yellow and red looks very nice. I have posted about your home on your showcase thread.
I watched new Shane Dawson's house tour video and I decided to try to build the house. I had to make few changes but I think it ended up good. I didn't want to furnish it at all but at the end I did a little furnishing just to make the house work so everyone can change it to whatever they want to.
It is great that you made a Sims gameversion of the house from the video @Kolikokolitka The exterior of the home building looks great! Very nice terrain work! The outdoors areas with how you have placed the trees, plants and flowers , and used the rocks, looks very nice! The greenery and flowers on the exterior wall areas add a great look to the home. Very nice outdoors pool, dining and hot tub patio! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub , cooking on the bbq and eating meals in a very nice natural setting. The overhead string lights look very pretty. Very nice two levels nook area where Sims can enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes! It is nice that there is a firepit nook where Sims can enjoy sitting around the fire keeping warm and toasting food. Very nice layout of the interior to reflect the real life home ! The furnishing of the rooms looks very nice. The design of the home cinema room, with the sofas for Sims to enjoy resting there watching movies on the screen, and the movie posters on the walls , looks great! The wall decor items look very nice in the single beds room.
The home is very nice
Your WIP is looking very nice! @x_Always_Heart_x Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing design looks great! The stone texture of the walls gives a very nice look to the build.
I will look forward to seeing the finished home
@Kolikokolitka your home turned out lovely dear! Warm and inviting! Our sims will love! @x_Always_Heart_x very lovely WIP m'dear! Looking forward to seeing the finish!
Thank you @BreeMiles , @lsnishi , however, either I'm very stupid or then my game doesn't have a debug fishing sign. I went throughout everything my game had both in objects and build mode, including CCs and with all possible cheats activated and still, the filter didn't have an option for debug objects nor any fishing sign, posts or holes (except the collectible wall-mounted fishes).
Here's a pic of the debug items I found. The 4 rocks gives a specific emotion: angry, flirty, playful and sad. I don't know what the grayish-green box is or the 3 small orbs - no action available whatsoever in any of them. Tested them all and none of them did anything noticeable, except the emotion rocks.
Edit: credited rosemow instead breemiles, sorry for the mix-up - fixed now.
@Kolikokolitka What a beautiful villa with brilliant landscaping!
@x_Always_Heart_x Nice WIP Am so envy - only couple hours, gosh you people build fast! It typically takes around 4 to 5 hours before I even get the foundation ok... to get all exterior walls up, it can take anything from a day to a week. Rooms, furnishing, decorating and landscaping anything from a week to months depending how big the lot is. I usually don't have any clear idea what I'm doing so that explains a lot why I'm so slow because I build and delete a lot as I go along and might end up changing half the house when it was 70% done, if I'm not pleased with it

Here's a link to a lot I did which used the debug fishing sign with a regular pool if you want to see an example:
