The same C works in CAS as in live gameplay. But you won't capture the various tabs you're using, and you might be blocked from taking a screenshot when you have certain interfaces open (again, like regular gameplay).
If you want to get the entire picture, put your game in windowed mode and hit Windows key-shift-S while your cursor is outside the game window. Then you can drag the cursor over the section of the screen you want to capture. The image lands in the clipboard, and you can paste it into Paint or another image editing app with crtl-V.
