I manage to find everything I was looking for and even more :) I stumbled upon some blue grid with white square. Those made me think : it looks like terrains are dispatched differently depending if it's on the world or on a house/terrain. Which would explain why I can't get something harmonious. Are those grids' purposes ? If, by changing the size of the distribution on the grid, can we get better result ?
Okeee ... I finally finished my work to replace the approximate 200 terrain files
Thanks to everyone and especially SimGuruModSquad for the help ! ;)
Not too bad I think ( related to the goal ) but I still would like to know if it is possible to get the same quality to the eye between the terrains and the floorpaints ( inside the lots ) without decrease the size/quality of the floorpaints ?
I'm rising this thread from the depth of oblivion in the thin hope that @SimGuruModSquad will answer my prayers
Which files are the terrain files in Seasons Pack? Which instances rules the changing of seasons?
I've found a good bunch but it is not enough : - if I change some files, then I don't have my files in Forgotten Hollow - I have inconsistencies between cities - ...
Dearest @SimGuruModSquad : your list was perfect. The replacement for Season went smoothly with it. Thanks to you :)
I'm back because I've been all the packages to track down the latest updated files. I've found most of them but I have dark spots in all 3 base game worlds ( Oasis Spring, Newcrest, Willow Creek ) and in Granite Falls.
Updating the floorpaints and making sure all files were similar ( with or without alpha ) made it so that I don't have the dark cracks/dark spots in all other worlds. But it is not working for the 3 ( or 4 ... ) remaining worlds. What am I missing ?
