The exterior design of Chateau Blanc is very nice! It looks a very elegant home! Very nice white with green touches colour scheme of the home.The flower box windows, greenery on the walls and balcony windows look very nice and the roofing edging looks great! Very nice front courtyard area! The water fountain features there and the fenced flower gardens look very nice! Very nice pool and bar back patio! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, or sitting on the stools poolside having a drink from the bar. The curtained music gazebo is very nice ! Sims will enjoy either playing the piano there, or sitting resting on the sofa listening to the music being played. The floor pattening looks nice. The furnishing of the interior is very nice! The white patterned wallpaper and paneling in the rooms give a very nice look and feel to the rooms.Very nice dining room! The green patterned dining chairs used there looks very nice, and white lilies is a special touch on the dining table. The crockery cabinets look great in the room. Very nice design of the kitchen! The mosaic floor tiling looks very nice! It is great that there are two stoves in the room. The wall knives, teapot, mugs set , teaset and overhanging pots are great kitchen touches. Sims will like preparing meals on the island work bench counter. The upper landing sofa seat reading area is very nice.Very nice calming bedrooms. The big teddy and dog in the kids rooms are cute! Nice armchairs windows sitting nook in the master bedroom for Sims to sit and rest in the sunshine.

After Dark Nightclub looks great! The lighting used for the interior looks very effective! The pink, purple and green lighting looks great! Very nice design of the water fountains features on the edges of the venue! The pool lights on the edges look great! Very nice roofing, and the panels feature on the side of the building looks great! Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the nightclub. It looks very nice how the tables and chairs have been set up for Sims to sit there having a drink and chatting with friends. The large llama prints on the wall looks great. Very nice bar counter area! The drinks cabinets look great on the wall. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink. Nice private corner nook for Sims to sit and rest on the sofa, and have a drink from the drinks bucket. They will enjoy listening to radio music through the wall speaker there. Very nice dance nook for Sims to have fun dancing on the dance glass tiling to the dj booth music.

The Fishery is a great converted fishery/warehouse build! The industrial style of it and old brick wall textures looks great! The street art on the wall and the torn wall poster gives a great feel to the build, and the type of windows used suits the style well. Very nice glass roofed seat bench sitting area. Sims will enjoy cooking outdoors on the grill. Very nice furnishing of the interior! The open plan layout of the kitchen, living and dining area looks nice, and the different coloured dining chairs is a great touch. It is great that there are two stoves in the kitchen and an island workbench. Very nice study desk nook! The pictures look great how they have been placed on the desk wall. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. Very nice sofa seat sitting area for Sims to enjoy relaxing and watching tv or reading a book. The circles floor prints look great there, and the fishing net is great on the wall to reflect what the original build was used for. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel. The red piping on the wall looks great. Very nice loft bedroom! The shoes racks are a nice home touch there, and the yellow blossoms go well with the brown colour scheme.

Lot was created for the newest BnS challenge. This lot is designed with disaster settlers in mind. It has four basic units with everything a sim needs to just get by.
Very nice design and layout of Tropical Settlement! The units look great! The tropical theme of the build looks very nice. The palm trees give a great look to the build. Very nice fenced community picnic tables areas for Sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating together outdoors in the air. The type of fencing used suits the tropical theme and looks nice. It is great that there is a fruit trees area. It looks great how each unit home is set up, with the necessities needed after a disaster. The wooden wall texture is nice and it is nice that there are front porches. Very nice art nook corners for Sims to enjoy painting on the easel with sunshine coming in through the windows.

Ebony is a very stylish restaurant ! The modern design of the restaurant looks great! The pebble flooring looks nice either sides of the front footpath. It looks very nice that there are umbrella covered tables in the outdoors patio, as well as the dining tables and chairs that have been set up inside the venue, so as Sims to can enjoy eating a meal outdoors in the air as well as indoors. They will enjoy having meals from the bbq. Very nice glass roof outdoors bar area! The string lights look pretty on the wall. Sims will enjoy a drink from the bar with their meal. It looks very nice the way that the sofas have been placed on the edges of the water columns feature inside the venue. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing there. It is nice that there is an indoors bar area also. Very nice design of the basement level kitchen.

True Blue is very pretty! Very nice exterior design of the home! The tower, porches, open shutter flower box windows, flowers on the edges of the home and the dormers are very nice! Very nice gazebo! Sims will enjoy sitting there at the table in the outdoors air. The birdbath is a nice touch. Very nice blue colour scheme of the home. The furnishing of the interior is very nice! Very nice living room for Sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofas near the fire reading a book and listening to the piano music. Very nice windows music alcove for Sims to enjoy playing the piano with sunlight coming in onto them. Nice nook area for them to enjoy sitting on the chairs watching tv or enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. The flowers on the dining table and pictures on the dining room wall are pretty and homely touches for Sims to see as they eating meals there. Very nice kitchen design. The white walls and chequered patterned flooring looks very nice. It looks great the way that the shelving cabinet is placed in the corner and the fruit wall pictures are homely. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The sunflower and leafy bedhead wall pictures are very nice for Sims to wake up and see in the mornings. The large cat and the animal themed armchair in the nursery/kids room are cute! The tree wall prints add a great look to the room.
