Sweet! I have been obsessively scouring the forums and tweets for this. Now I can buy Get Famous and have my Simcation weekend I had planned this weekend!
No fix for that ridiculous celebrity walk - it's annoying to have to continuously click it off every few minutes - but thankful for the bug fixes that were addressed!

I know, that is so annoying. Though there are a couple of mods that have implemented a workaround for it, disabled it. MCCC is one.
Patch broke my unbreakable stereo.... other than that all is good.
Oh boy hope that doesn't happen to the one in my study!
Worst part is that it couldn't be repaired. My handy sim spent 8 hours on the repair task and didn't finish it. So I called a repair service, they spent 10 hours and it still wasn't repaired...so I dismissed them and used shift-click and testingcheats to just reset the object, which worked.

EDIT2: and the patch worked, at least on my CC eyes and beards affected. Good job Maxis!

Have you tried repairing the game after updating it? It might work
