How did you all get photos like that? When I get into first-person mode I see my sims eyeballs and their teeth and frankly it is horrifying.
Your not supposed to, I suspect maybe your sim has a big head?
Honestly I don't understand why they didn't just remove the head from the sim with pov like most games do that transit from 3rd to 1st person views to avoid clipping.
It's a new glitch. I have it too.

I don't have any screenshots but I wanted to add to this thread my experience of playing around with first person. I hope that's o.k. Anyway, a word of advice, if you experience motion sickness, don't be the toddler and then do the Play interaction. Wow! It was a trip, to say the least.
Being a huge fan and collector of the Nancy drew mystery pc game series from years ago til today i am so exited and happy to play in this new camera mode with my sim the shadows on the ground really screams "Nancy drew" for me and i love it!!! and the one big plus will be if i decide on playing Nancy in my game
---> this time when i look in the mirror i will actually get to see her face ( a really big deal for true Nancy drew fans)
Other than the 80's TV series, it's always been vague on what Nancy Drew looked like. So...you best be sharing your view of her.
I love being able to see the sim from this perspective in mirrors. Was(still is) disappointed that the sim isn't reflected in camera photos. Now can capture that reflection in screenshots!
With MCCC (Which has some bugs with the new version to go with the patch, but is mostly functional), I changed Eliza Pancakes's walkstyle to Creepy. Watching her walk past doorways while in FPM like that makes it so worthwhile to keep her around. Wish I managed to snag a screenshot.
@fullspiral Love those views. Having your sim take a nap indoors with it raining outside while in FPM is so relaxing. Just need a window in view, and you are good.
Honestly, love this camera mode, it makes everything feel so realistic. Even looking at the sky and watching snow fall and simple things like that feel so beautiful in this mode.
@birdonawire Fantastic pics! I love your house, too, especially the area over the kitchen sink and also the cute shoe and purse racks by the door. Very nice.

That's precisely what's supposed to happen! One of our requirements to push this feature from internal joke to playable feature was to solve the clipping issues that happened when we placed the camera on the Sim's face. (there's a larger story there, but we'll gloss over that for now). Greg's solution was to not draw the head, but this caused a problem - one of the fun things to do was to see yourself in the mirror and with a head no longer drawn, it would affect the reflection, too. So @SimGuruGhost figured out how to prevent drawing the head on the first pass only - in reflections, it would still draw the head.
But in all my playing with it, I haven't had a problem with the head still drawing and we're seeing a few bugs about it. @SimGuruArvin and @SimGuruNick have been trying to track it. Someone has reported that *sometimes* it works so I'm curious if it's a timing issue. Either way, we have to wait for Greg to return from vacation to properly investigate.
TL;DR: If you're seeing the mouth/face in first person, it's a bug we're still investigating.

And the house just looked way better than I thought it would:
I'm going to have so much fun with this!
It really IS more immersive! I love it!

I would not recommend using 1st person on the cat
No? I'm having a blast seeing the cat run around Forgotten Hollow.
Love her look in this. So many different messages possible.
Vampire stuff is pretty spot on with POV
And the height slider mod makes for some interesting view points/uncomfortable angles
Gotta fix some CC, though

It's probably a glitch!
Overall, I'm loving it!
