    Introducing a new work in progress family home.
    warm and cosy with mixed interior themes for a family home


    master bedroom
    child and toddler bedroom for boys
    child and toddler bedroom for girls
    powder room
    two bathrooms
    kitchen
    living room
    dinning room
    front and back porches
    master bedroom balcony
    front and back garden
    doctors study.

      The exterior design of Dawson’s Cottage is very nice! :) The bay windows look very nice, and it is nice that there is an upper balcony and a nice roof covered front porch. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen looks very nice!. The wooden cabinets give a nice warming feel to the kitchen and the floor tiling is nice. The hanging pots, fruit bowl, knife block, mugs rack set, spice set , cookbooks and dishrack are great kitchen touches there. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms. The armchair windows sitting nook in the master bedroom is nice for Sims to rest there. The teddy in the kids room is cute! It is great that a pets habitat is in the bedroom. The kids will enjoy reading in their bedroom. Very nice furnishing of the living room! The blue curtains on the windows of the tv nook look very pretty there. It is nice that the circular aquarium coffee table is in the room. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa near the fire, reading a book from the book shelves either sides of the fireplace and listening to gramophone music. The fruit bowl is a nice touch there. Very nice yellow colour of the dining room walls. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst dining at the table. The musician themed pictures and wall candles are a nice touch on the wall.
      The WIP is looking very nice! :)

      I love this lot! It's honestly a cozy, nice place for your child sims to stay, as well as the adults, love love love!
