    Game WON'T update!

    I can't download a lot of things because my game won't update.

    I click on the "Update Now" button several times, but each time it will act like its updating and then just stop.

    Please help! It's really ****** me offf. :evil: :evil:

      My Sims 4 on Mac did not update for the July 18th, 2018 Patch/Gallery Overhaul, and did not update either for the August 16th, 2018 Patch. Whenever I try right clicking on the game and selecting 'update game,' it says '0%, Verifying Game Files' for about a minute, and then it says 'Download failed, please try again later or check internet connection.' I've restarted my internet, restarted Origin, restarted my computer, and just tried opening the game to see if it's updated, but nothing works! Please help!

      (I am very sorry if I am posting this on the wrong place, as I am new but I have read the rules, I'm still a bit unsure.)

      @CottonCandies - Hi there. This is the TS3 section of the forum, not TS4. They have actually shut down the Help Center for TS4 here, it's all read only now, and management wants game and tech related questions to be posted on AHQ instead. Note that there is a Mac specific help board over there as well.
