Those are just a few, I am sure i haven't done many more.
Never got to the top of any branch of the social media career.
Never reached the top of the bodybuilder or oracle branch.
Never had a sim living in Magnolia Promenade.
Never had a sim mastering baking, herbalism, fishing, video gaming, nor any pet related skill.
Never finished any family aspiration with a sim except sucessful lineage. Nor the serial romantic, renaissance sim, angling ace, party animal, chief of mischief or grilled cheese aspiration.
Never unlocked all retail perks or had a 5 star restaurant.
Never bought a mood potion nor the Stoves and Grills Master reward for a sim.
Never had a sim asking for skills on the wishing well.
Never had a family throwing a ceremonial dinner party.
Never played actively with a ghost.
Never was able to make a sim cook ambrosia.
Never grew a sim with Uncontrolled Emotions or Irresponsible trait.
Wow, to me, that's basically a list of things I still need to do in the game. And I already have 1400 hours played. Also, I'm still missing a few packs like Seasons and JA. I see a long ride in front of me haha This must be fun.

That is all I can think of for now. Quite a lot of things I have yet to do, haha! There is also the content of packs I do not have yet like Seasons or City Living.
Never went to sixam, used the rocket, telescope, cupcake machine or interacted with a ghost.
I play realistic and I do not desire aliens. Wish I could turn it off.

Never played a scientist because I avoid alien abductions like the plague that they are.
LOL alien abductions are one of my favorite parts of the game. I use MCCC and cranked abduction frequency up. I set it at "Alien Invasion" one time and sims were getting abducted left, right and center. It was great. So many alien babies.
FWIW, MCCC also allows you to turn abductions off, so you can use it to play the Scientist career without threat of abduction.

I already posted mine. It is so crazy how we get stuck in playing one way. In my legacy family I am trying really hard to do a lot of the things I have never done before.
I have never.. *Purposely killed a sim (Hard to believe, I know!) *Explored Salvadorata *Had a generational Family (I always get tired of my household and restart) *Never done a collection *Never played with a ghost or let one move in *Never threw a birthday party for a sim (I usually don't let my sims age but planning to change that soon)
I have never played a Sim that was faithful to their partner. I've never completed a collection. & I've never gotten past Gen 4 in any legacy challenge.
I've never stuck long with a family. Sad, I know, but I'm not used to not having every single dlc like with TS3 & TS2.
Hopefully, once I get enough funds, I can buy them and actually stick to a household.
There are quite a lot of things I've never done, but mostly because they don't interest me. Out of the ones that do interest me and I've never managed, is finding a cowplant seed and growing a cowplant.
There is so much to potentially do in this game, I will absolutely forget about something.
Uh. Okay, in TS4, I've never:

- Visited Sixam.. this gotta change soon, I NEED to see Sixam for myself.
- Visited the Forgotten Grotto.. that's what it was called, right? That hidden cave area you need level 10 handiness to access?
- Reached generation 4. This should change.. sometime. Whenever I put MCCC back into my game, turn aging back on, and resume that one legacy I had. Generation 3 are children right now.
- Had anyone cheat on each other, hahahahahahahahshfdjdgkgf i find it kinda funny how some people do that all the time somehow?? Honestly I just have no romantic experience irl whatsoever, and I really just marry off sims because it's a legacy and I need kids to happen. Basically I'm just too ace to care much about cheating/breakup stories.

- Had a male sim get abducted and come back pregnant (I've only had 1 abduction in Sims 4 ever actually and it was a female.)

- Made it to the top of any career (I *think* anyways - I honestly can't recall if I did. Part of me thinks yes, part of me thinks no. Leaning toward no.)
- Started a game with a pre-made sim or townie. I may use them as a base but I typically change the name/looks/etc. and create my own sim off of them.
- Used the rock climbing wall
- Run a retail store or restaurant (have done a vet clinic though!)

- Played a transgender sim or LGBTQ couple (though I've had plenty of my sims kids go off and find themselves very happy in various LGBTQ relationships. I honestly just tend to forget I can manipulate my settings to allow males to get pregnant and such and prefer to play a little more on the "realistic" side with the exception of alien pregnancies should they happen. But it's not something I'm opposed to. I've played LGBTQ couples minimally in the sense of I'll pop in and have them adopt a few kids but I've never played them as my main save. Never opposed to it, though - I really need to do that one of these days and expand my gameplay.)
- Broken up the pre-made couples. The Goths, Pancakes, Landgraabs....they all stay together Might use the men for a 100 baby challenge though....that I'll never finish
- Played all of the aspirations
Completed a Legacy or any type of challenge (the farthest I have gotten is Gen 2)
Let a Teen or Elder die (I had a YA and Adult die in Sims 2. I managed to exit without saving and revive the adult.)

Had a baby, toddler or child taken from any family I played

I am sure there are a lot more I haven't done since I haven't been playing Sims 3 or 4 but I have done a LOT in Sims 2.
