    @Rflong7

I seriously doubt you could make anything that any player would not like with your wonderful creative talents :)

Lol! Do you do what I do and just hit refresh every 10 seconds while waiting on something? I am not a patient woman sometimes.

@SPARKY1922 So sweet of you to say. :cookie::mrgreen:
    @PurpleRoses Lol~ Maaaaybe. :lol:

Thank you so much! @ZeeGee @Hidehi

Who is this stranger?@flstrider ~Thanks again for your tutorial. The plane generator didn't work so I had to use EA's water planes and over-write them with the hex generator. :hugz:

@Rflong7 -Great work!I've found empty worlds like the empty version of Beach City are best for legacies and Glenvale County is a great town for legcies and 100 baby challenges if you don't mind adding the population in manually like I usually do since I play TS2 style.

    Hi

So, I'm thinking I got the world just a little too big- my perspective of the Sims while making it was off by 10xs. :(

I tired the pyramids and the Sphinx in the desert, they didn't look right to me so I dropped that idea. This is where I need some help.

*What lots do you think would be good in the desert?
    1. A cluster of small houses?
    2. A few houses and a shop or two
    3. A gas station, a few houses, and a lonely road to a camp ground?
    4. A combination of those?

About 8 to 10 lots at the most. There's lots of room... (not sure about the blue of the beach- I'll probably remove it)
    bp4ycCN.jpg

    Lots of room-
    GGF1uRo.jpg

Bigger than the City part (bad perspective on my part there, too)
    ItkvLx4.jpg

... 2 nice cliff house lots with great views
    2K7nVxV.jpg

    Too big of edges/levels...
    wy3R2pO.jpg

What about this? Interesting for a lot?
    xGtiNWZ.jpg

    Top of the World! XD
    q1HyUjx.jpg

What to do? I want to keep it under 80 lots but with room for players to add lots. I'm working on which lots I want in the city. :)

UHMMMMMMMMMMMM this is amazing. Is this a new world for the sims 4 you're creating? If so what program do you use? Do people make new worlds and share them for other people to download??

    Hi @Rflong7 :)

Your world is looking awesome <3 !!!

I like suggestion No3 for the desert area ... petrol station (with shop?), a few shacks, maybe add a dive bar too and the lonely road to a campground, ramshackle mansion/ranch or even a casino.

Whatever you decide to place in the desert will be fabulous ... :)

    Happy Simming!

@Rflong7 Your new world is beautiful, love the colors.

Imo a large world such as this one would benefit from some open unpopulated areas. The desert would be nice to have dig sites, Al Simhara broken ruins (with some hidden treasure chest), and dotted Oasis's for fishing. A few camp sites. On the entrance to the desert area small shops for food and selling your found treasures would be nice.
Most custom world are just over populated, causing more lag than necessary. To many entertainment area's. Sim's party, dance, drink, and party some more, lol--a sims life is fairly short. They find themselves elders, stuck all their life in a rabbit hole job and at home their children are stranger. They never had time to learn the basic of life, cooking, fishing, gardening, or to just read a book, and they never got a change to enjoy nature because there were just to many parties and entertainment areas to go to.

The dome and snowy area is another nice "get away from it all and back to nature area". A hot spring, fishing area, and perhaps a small eating area, with a chess table so they can learn more than dancing.
"Stop and smell the roses". All sims should. Sims 3 is more than partie, partie, partie.
But as @Hidehi said "Whatever you decide to place in the desert will be fabulous".
    As always, another beautiful world.

    @Rflong7

I love this world whichever way you decide to go in and looking at earlier pics you have posted I loved the idea of a city (which I did not realize at the time the world had until you mentioned it -) then the beautiful lakes with distinctive mountain areas which I thought was unique as some areas also remind me of hidden springs so i saw the opportunity of another varied world with a lot of varied play dependant on individual player likes.. I also like @Hidehi's idea of the petrol station (with shop?), a few shacks, maybe add a dive bar too and the lonely road to a campground, ramshackle mansion/ranch or even a casino but I also think it would suit a horse area on the map because I think part of the map suits that kind of play which I had in mind anyway for this world the way I saw it developing..

A definite yes from me as a lot location where the mountains and the snow collide as it is such a beautiful location :)

In the end it is up to you as you are the creator and my own vision of the world will fit whatever you decide to go ahead with :)

@Rflong7 -I just left Logan without any lots in place and it's working just fine like Evermore Falls blank is in that legacy.I find that leaving a world blank with the user adding lots is just fine and won't be any problem for me since I have quire a few like that and all of them work very well.

I vote option 3 for the desert.

Are you adding all lot types? *cough* need room for the rabbit holes from town stuff* cough*

Loving this world soooo much!!! This is what I meant to make with my world but easier because I'm not struggling lol

That irritate me in caw too. While medium map is too small, large is too big. Every next map size is 4 times larger than previous. I wish there would be more between sizes. 6x6 chunks would be perfect.

I have few ideas what can be done in this desert.
Maybe some long but narrow oasis with unusual and vanguard architecture? Or human shaped oasis with lakes as eyes?

Or shaping a meteor somewhere in centre of the dessert, and making a crimson wasteland with dead threes surround. Like some kind of demonic virus spreading. Something like in this picture, but only in centre of dessert:

    Hi

    Thanks so much! @Hidehi @SPARKY1922 @ZeeGee @06Bon06 I think it's a great idea. :cookie: :

@Moinesse Thanks! Yes, it is planned to have only one city with a 2 little town areas while the rest is wilderness with space to add lots. :)

Wonderful, @TadOlson I'm so glad your worlds are working out so well.

    Hi

There is a hidden oasis in the desert and a few spots for strange doings on the Mesa.
I love the idea of a meteor, I did that in Mesa Valley, but that cool Virus desert doesn't fit in the world to me. It's a cool idea but way out there for this map.

That map looks massive! Can't say I'm mad about it though. Can't wait to see what you come up with to fill in the space!

    Hi :)

I know it's been a long while (again) since I've updated. I was asked to make a world and thought it would be fun to try. It should have been easy but it became harder than I thought.

Just a large, flat world with all the required lots layed out with 4 large lots surrounded by all the store lots with a view of the beach. Should have been easy but I got a little frustrated because I wanted Something more than flat. Anyway, I'll be testing it and checking the spawners/lot placements of EA lots soon.
I had to reinstall Everything. Took all day (kinda).

I will be back and ready to start building in this world soon. Thanks so much! :hugz: :cookie:

I see you managed to sneak in a little hill and cliff ;) It looks very nice, even if flat, and will probably be nice to play. Looking forward to seeing more of your un-flat world, too, of course.

Oh, and love your candy corn :D
