      Washing maching and dryer
      Ice cream maker.

      I always buy the best shower. Always buy one of the nicer beds too, though not always the best. Usually something with a 6+ energy rating that fits the Sim's style. I don't use it always, but most homes have a bubble blower if it fits. Most of my Sims have one of the journals from Parenthood too. As soon as I can afford it, smoke detectors and the alarm system are placed.
