I am Sugarpumpkin, or De Sugarpumpkin that I am known on my two websites Diseños De Sugarpumpkin and Casas De Sugarpumpkin, as well as on Google. I am a sims designer. My biggest hobby is designing homes, clothes, recolour objects so they start to look more realistic, and other sims goodies. I also enjoy cooking (I am a retired chef) and to paint oil paintings...

Hello @De_Sugarpumpkin :) It is nice to meet to meet you. Welcome to the forums!
It is very special that you run two websites :) Simmers would enjoy visiting your websites.
Designing homes is a very enjoyable part of simming! It is great that we can bring our build and interior decor furnishing ideas into sims gameform. It is great that you enjoy recolouring objects.
With you enjoying cooking, you would like seeing your sims in your game leveling up their cooking skills and cooking a variety of foods. In real life, it is always fun testing out new recipes!
    Happy simming ! :)

Hello, thank you for the lovely welcome. I'm Jana. I've been a simmer since the first base game came out. My favorite is the sim 3 but The Sims 4 is quickly growing on me. I just joined the forum today trying to figure out an issue with my butlers.

So, I'm very new to Sims 4. I was totally mad for Sims 1 to 3 (1, 2, 3 :D ) but when news around Sims 4 came out and how things were missing, coupled with the mess of SimCity, it put me right off and I just stuck with SIms 3 until very recently. This video of a house being built underwater in a coral reef caught my attention and I was highly impressed with how it came out and that, along with a couple other house building videos really inspired me to get the game.

Hello @punkchica83 :) It is nice to meet you.
It is great that you have been simming since the release of the original Sims 1. You would have enjoyed playing many sims households over the time and seeing how their lives developed in your game.
I am sorry that you are having butler issues :( You may like to start a new thread on the AHQ EA site and post feedback about your issues there.

It is very nice that you started simming when a young child, and that simming has been a part of your life as you have been growing up. You are very caring and kind to be a teacher, and to help your students to be equipped with skills and knowledge thst will help them for the rest of their lives <3 With you liking dogs, you would be enjoying having Cats and Dogs pack in your game. Sims Pets are cute! :)
    Happy simming! :)

I'm Ellen. I've been playing The Sims since I was eight or nine years old, yet it wasn't until just recently that I joined the community "for real". At 13, I was diagnosed with clinical depression and two years later I was diagnosed with ADD and Aspergers syndrome, which is a form of high functioning autism. Ever since I can remember I've been using the game as a way of fleeing reality, especially as I've grown older and (unfortunately) deeper into the total darkness that is depression. Mustn't I be fun at parties, huh?

Anyhow, I saw someone on the first page of the tread mentioning semicolons as total turn offs, which makes me kind of obligated to mention that I have a semicolon-tattoo (WHICH I HAD DONE BEFORE EVERYONE STARTED HYPING IT AFTER WATCHING 13 REASONS WHY OK I FEEL THAT IT'S IMPORTANT YOU KNOW)

Hello @lncharlotte :) It is nice to meet you. Welcome to the forums!
It is great that you have been simming since you were a young child.
I send hugs to you <3 as you live day by day with ADD, Asperger’s syndrome and depression, and their effects on your life. Simming is a very enjoyable and beneficial way of helping us to have a break from real life and all that our days and life are holding. All aspects of simming are fun, from creating Sims, to building homes for them to live in, and watching their lives develop in our games.
    Happy simming! :)

Hi! My name is Logan, I started playing the sims last year but I love recreating things from shows and other games and I eventually want to try out making cc too but not right now! Other things I love to do is drawing, and playing games!

Hello @AxolotlKing :) It isnice to meet you. Welcome to the forums!
It is great that you started playing The Sims last year. You would have enjoyed spending lots of happy and enjoyable hours over the last year discovering the fun features of simming and watching the lives of your sims developing in your game. It is great that you enjoy recreating things from shows and other games. It is enjoyable recreating simversions of characters and deciding on what traits, aspiration, and clothing outfits suit them for the various categories.
I hope that you will enjoy creating cc when you decide to start doing that. With you enjoying drawing, you would like seeing your sims painting on easels also.
    Happy simming! :)

Hi everyone, I'm Becca :) I've been playing Sims since Sims 1, but only this year did I finally make the plunge and get Sims 4. To be honest I'd kind of forgotten about it. I'd started playing my Sims3 again, and was thinking how frustrating and slow it was. Then I remembered about 4, and realised it had been a few years since it was released. It was a little bit of a shock, and took a little while to get used to, but I think now it's my favourite of all the Sims games. There are still things I miss. I'm a designer, so I really miss the creativity that came with being able to change up everything you owned and add patterns and different colours to everything. I did try a little bit of modding, but found it quite time consuming. So I would love to see a return of more creativity within the game.

Apart from playing Sims, I design patterns for textiles and interiors specialising in wallpaper. I love animals, visiting museums and galleries, reading, movies, food....you know....all of the usual stuff :D

Haiiiiiiiiiii My name is Hevensia (not Shia but like sia the singer, at the end 🤣). I started playing the Sims when TS4 came out and switched to PS4 when it came out for console. I think I spend 99.99999% of my game time in build mode xD. I'm going to go to school for architecture some time soon so I'm excited! But I love building and just recently (after such a long time) started really getting into gameplay and so I'm just now seeing what a Sims wedding is like XD and other things but I don't really know what else to say so. 😂
