It's the last morning of their holiday. Sigurd has found out he's not quite as fond of the jungle as his fathers. But he enjoys staying in the village and gladly goes for a run with Solveig to have a last look around.
Fridtjof and the children are trying to catch some fish, but they don't have much luck.
Anna and Pedro give up and start practicing their secret scouting handshake instead.
Right then it starts raining again, and it's time to go pack and get ready to travel home.
It's still winter back in Windenburg. This time it's Sigrid who enters a bear phase when the family vacation finishes.
But she can't wear her costume while scouting. The four siblings have started a scouting group with some other kids. Anna is the leader, and they go on outdoor meetings around Windenburg on weekends.
Sigurd has also started his own club. He does enjoy being outdoors, but he's also interested in more cultural activities like going to libraries, cafés and museums. So he's started a small club with two other teenagers who have the same interests.
When the kids aren't hanging out with their scouting club, they still spend a lot of time outdoors. This weekend, Jonatan is camping with the three youngest just up the hill from their house.
It's the second day of springs and the temperatures are rising, so the snow on the ground is melting even though there's still snow in the air.
When they get up the next morning, it's even greener than it was yesterday.
At this pace, it won't be long until there are flowers everywhere.
And speaking of flowers, spring is the time for Fridjof's flower arranging to... flourish. He's getting better and better at it. The bees have woken up from their dormant period and have started producing honey again.
Fridtjof has made some flower decorations to freshen up their dining room, and the children have crafted spring decorations. And Sigrid is still in her bear costume...
It's Anna's birthday, and the family celebrates her down at the book café in Old Town. Sigrid finally changes out of her bear outfit midways into the party, and everyone has a great time.
It's Easter holiday, and the whole family has traveled to a park in Willow Creek to play and hunt for eggs.
When they come back home, they help each other finish the school projects before Monday morning arrives. They are doing some renovations on the house, so the hallway looks quite different.
The Selnes family are enjoying spring outdoors as well. They go to the Meadows a lot to play with the dogs. Lennart is almost finished with high school now, so he's studying hard to get the grades he wants.
He and Morgan are still going strong, and she's practically a part of the family now.
Morgan has spent the night, and is having breakfast with the family before she and the boys are heading to school for the day.
Just after Kimi has sent her grandkids off to school and done her yoga routine, the grim reaper decides it's time for her life to end.
What a horrible shock it will be for the boys when they come home - even though they've known how old their grandmother is.
They're going through a very hard time now, and need to learn how to be on their own. Lennart is almost a young adult, so he's capable of running the household by himself, but it's still a lot to get used to.
Since it was always their grandmothers who cared for the dogs, Lennart realizes it's not possible to keep them. The two brothers are not up for the responsibility of owning two dogs on top of everything they're going through.
He's working hard on his music now to think about something else.
He's also exercising more, which he finds emotionally helpful.
His little brother has sort of locked himself in a shell (or bear suit) as a different way of coping.
Jesper loves the peaceful atmosphere out here. Lennart also feels at his most relaxed in a long time, and can finally concentrate properly on his homework.
It doesn't matter that it rains all day, they've made sure they have a gaming console in their summer house.

Lennart doesn't quite know what he would do without her.
They have an incredible evening.
He's chosen a peaceful and scenic location on Windenburg Island.
The house is a mix of modern and traditional style, and has everything they need to relax and stay entertained.
The dart room has a fire place and will be nice to use in the winter as well!
It doesn't matter that it rains all day, they've made sure they have a gaming console in their summer house.
It's nice to stay by the sea during a heatwave.
It's a beautiful summer day, and they spend it well.
In not too long, Morgan moves into the apartment.
What used to be Tara's photo room is turned into a lab for Morgan to practice her veterinarian skill.
Morgan has had him for many years and he's pretty old already. She makes sure he gets proper medical care for his age.
They're not exactly in need of money, but Lennart wants to try to become a successful musician. He's been doing some street concerts around the city.
He's also done some DJ gigs.
He loves performing in night clubs, that's definitely his kind of atmosphere.
The kitchen is more modern, and the floor plan is open between the old and the new part.
The children love to play up there, and Sigurd spends a lot of time practicing on the piano.
But now it's summer, and they spend more time outside in the pool than anywhere else.
It's nice to have so much fun outdoor space in the summer time! The weather has been wonderful, and they are enjoying every afternoon in the garden.
Jonatan and Fridtjof are busy in the garden and greenhouse in the summer season.
The store is doing well, they've been focusing on selling flowers lately.
Fridtjof has become a true professional at flower arranging. He's still missing some types of flowers in his greenhouse though!
Here there are great places to put up bonfires and go fishing, and they have their scouting cabin right by the beach.
The cabin has all kinds of activities for child and teen scouts.
They're getting to know their fellow scouts quite well!
While the children relax after their scouting meeting, the adults are preparing a midsummer party.
They have invited pretty much the whole neighborhood.
It's the perfect evening to have a garden party, that's for sure.
At the end of it, most remaining guests are gathered around the fire pit and agreeing that it's been a successful holiday celebration.
